Ես ապրում եմ Ղարաբաղում՝

 Իմ պապերի հնուց հողում, 

Ուր արևի ճափան կարճ է 

Եվ լեռներիս մեջ է շողում։ 

Ես ապրում եմ Ղարաբաղում՝ 

Իմ պապերի պահած հողում, 

Ուր հավատը միշտ բորբոք է 

Եվ ալավ կա ամեն պողում։ 

Ես ապրում եմ Ղարաբաղում՝ 

Իմ պապերի պաշտած հողում, 

Որ միշտ կանգուն բազուկները 

Չար ու շառի խիղճ են թաղում։ 

Ես ապրում եմ Ղարաբաղում՝ 

Իմ պապերի հրաշք հողում, 

Որ Սևանի «իշխանները» 

Երազների մեջ են լողում։

Ես ապրում եմ Ղարաբաղում, 

Եվ չեմ ապրի մեկ այլ հողում...

 Եվ կմեռնեմ պապերիս պես՝

 Արցախացած նրա կողում։

Դու բիբլիական իմ հնություն 

Եվ նորություն իմ նորօրյա, 

Ջրհեղեղված իմ խորություն 

Եվ զորություն ամենօրյա։ 

Նահատակված իմ պապերի 

Արյունահունց անմահություն, 

Դու մերթ ամուլ և մերթ բերրի, 

Հորովելված ավանդություն։

Դու իմ բազուկ հասկամատիկ, 

Ու ողկույզված իմ աչք ու ունք, 

Դու իմ ցորեն ոսկեհատիկ 

Իմ թթենի ու նռան տունկ։ 

Ամենօրյա դու իմ կարոտ, 

Սիրուց հյուսված իմ քաղցրություն, 

Գլխիս վեղար, իմ ստորոտ, 

Ոտքիս հենակ իմ բարձրություն։

Դու ոտքի տակ բացվող կածան, 

Ծաղկաբարբառ դու իմ բարև, 

Դու սևագույն իմ ծիածան 

Եվ սևագույն լույս ու արև... 

Դու իմ ձեռքի ահ ու կնճիռ,

Դու իմ սրտի թրթիռ ու տաղ, 

Ես արձագանք քո սուրբ կոչի, 

Դու իմ սուրբ մայր, սուրբ Ղարաբաղ:

Այս ծիտիկը 

Դեռ ճուտիկ է, 

Դեռ ճուտիկ ու Խատուտիկ է, 

Թույլ թևիկ ու Թույլ ոտիկ է,

 Իր մոր համար 

Մի հատիկ է։

Թեև բնից 

Ցած է թռել, 

Պստիկ-մստիկ 

Ծիտ է դառել, 

Մայրն է էլի 

Պահում նրան, 

Թե՛ գետնին, 

թե՛ Ծառի վրա։

Որ կտուցի 

Դեղինն անցնի, 

Որ սրտիկի 

Ահը անցնի, 

Որ մեծանա, 

Շատ զորանա,

Մոր նման մեծ 

Մի ծիտ դառնա։

Բայց նա հիմա
