Երբ որևէ ղեկավար հրապարակային ինչ-որ բան է ասում, դա կարող է ընկալվել որպես անուղղակի հանձնարարական: Ու ամենևին պարտադիր չէ, որ հանձնարարական իջեցվի «մասսայականացնել» շեֆի գաղափարները: 

«Հռոմի պապից կաթոլիկ» պաշտոնյաների պակաս երբեք չենք զգացել, այսօր՝ առավել ևս: 

Դե, այս պարագայում հասկանալի է՝ ով է «Հռոմի պապը»: 

Բավական է վերջինս որևէ միտք արտահայտի, անկախ նրանից՝ ճիշտ է, թե սխալ, անմիջապես սկսվում է դրա «տիրաժավորումը», ինչը հավատարմության երդման ու սեփական նվիրումն ի ցույց դնելու պես մի բան է: 

Լավ է, որ դեռևս խոսքի տակին ու գլխին հաճախ չենք հանդիպում «ինչպես ասել է մեր մեծ առաջնորդը» ձևակերպումը: 

Օրինակ՝ վերջերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, թե «ամբողջ պետական համակարգը, այո, հեղափոխությանը դիմադրում է։ 

Եվ այդ դիմադրությունը ես ջարդելու եմ, չկա ուրիշ տարբերակ»: 

Այս հայտարարությունը տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք տվեց: 

Սակայն ամենաուշագրավն այն է, որ տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ այս ընթացքում հերթով անդրադառնում են այս թեմային՝ փորձելով ցույց տալ, թե որքան համաձայն են այդ տեսակետին, թե որքան հանճարեղ միտք է ասվել, թե իսկապես կա դիմադրություն: 

Ավելին, ոմանք նույնիսկ սպառնում են, թե աշխատանքից ազատելը ամենամեղմ պատիժն է լինելու: Դե, սպառնալիքները զարմանալի չեն, դրանք այս իշխանության գլխավոր «խաղաքարտն» են: 

Սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ նշյալ պաշտոնյաները հաշվի չեն առնում երկու կարևոր հանգամանք. 

առաջին՝ պետական համակարգի մի մաս էլ իրենք են, ու իրենցից շատերն են առաջին հերթին իրենց ապաշնորհությամբ «դիմադրում հեղափոխությանը», և երկրորդ՝ իրենց ոլորտներում աշխատանքների համակարգողն իրենք են, ու եթե չես կարողանում համակարգել, ուրեմն այլ տեղ մեղավորներ փնտրել պետք չէ: 

Բայց դե...
