VIDEOԱրմավիրի մարզի Վաղարշապատի Գարեգին Նժդեհի անվան համար 8 հիմնական դպրոցում այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 19–ին, 3–րդ օրն է ինչ խաթարվել է դասապրոցեսը։ Պատճառը նոր տնօրենի նշանակումն է, որին դեմ են թե ուսուցչական կոլեկտիվը, թե աշակերտներն ու նրանց ծնողները։ Նրանք հավաքվել էին Էջմիածին–Երեւան մայրուղու մոտ եւ սպասում էին նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին, որն, իրենց խոսքով, պետք է անցներ այդ կողմով, սակայն հանդիպումը չկայացավ։
«3 օր է այս վիճակում ենք ու մեզ լսող չկա։ Մենք ընդհանրապես չենք վախենում, եթե պետք լինի գիշերն էլ կկանգնենք այստեղ։ Վերջապես սա ջրմուղկոյուղին չի, սա վարչական տարածք է, որեւէ մեկը լուրջ վերաբերմունք չի ցուցաբերում։ Լսել ենք, որ նախագահը Էջմիածնում է, կանգնել ենք այստեղ, որ գա, մոտենանք, մեր բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնենք»,– ասացին հավաքվածները։
Նրանց խոսքով՝ արդեն 3–րդ օրն է մարզպետի հետ հանդիպում են պահանջում, սակայն նա չի գալիս. «Մարզպետն ուղարկում է մարդկանց, որոնք մեր հարցերին չեն պատասխանում։ Մարզպետին ուզում ենք ասել, որ իր նշանակած տնօրենին համայնքը դեմ է»։
Ավելի ուշ նրանք մարզպետարանից զանգ ստացան եւ հրավիրվեցին այնտեղ։ «Ինձ զանգահարեց Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի կրթության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի վարչության պետի պաշտոնակատար Սոնյա Բուդաղյանը եւ ժամը 6–ին հրավիրեց մարզպետարան հանդիպման»,– ասաց դպրոցի փոխտնօրեն Օֆելյա Խաչատրյանը։ Մարզպետարան շարժվեցին նաեւ աշակերտների ծնողները։
«Խոստացել էին իրենք գային, բայց քիչ առաջ հրահանգ ստացան, որ պետք է մարզպետարան գնա փոխտնօրենը, սակայն մենք նրան մենակ չենք թողնելու, բոլորս նրա հետ գնալու ենք։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը հստակ պետք է լսենք»,– ասացին ծնողները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 3 օր է Վաղարշապատի Գարեգին Նժդեհի անվան համար 8 հիմնական դպրոցում ուսումնական պրոցեսը խաթարվել է, պատճառը դպրոցում անցկացված տնօրենի ընտրությունն է, որին 8 քվեարկողներից մասնակցել են 7–ը եւ փակ քվեարկությամբ 4 ձայն հավաքել է նախկին տնօրեն Եսթեր Գալստյանը, 3 ձայն՝ նորանշանակ տնօրեն Շուշանիկ Ոսկանյանը։ Տնօրենի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է եղել հավաքել 5 ձայն: Այս ամենին հաջորդել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի առաջարկությունը եւ Արմավիրի մարզպետի որոշումը, որով 1 ձայն քիչ ստացած թեկնածուն նշանակվել է դպրոցի տնօրեն: Դպրոցի ուսուցչական կոլեկտիվը եւ աշակերտների ծնողները պահանջում են բացատրություն տալ, թե ինչ հիմքով են տնօրեն նշանակել 1 ձայն քիչ ստացած թեկնածուին։
