Հերթական դժբախտ պատահարը՝ անվտանգության կանոնները չպահպանելու հետեւանքով (ֆոտո)

Սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին շմոլ գազից թունավորման դժբախտ պատահարի հետեւանքով մահացել է Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակիչ: Այս մասին հայտնում են «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության հասարակայնության եւ ԶԼՄ-ների հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:
Նման դեպքերում, երբ պատկան մարմինների կողմից նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր եւ անցկացվում է քննություն, «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը զերծ է մնում մեկնաբանություններից՝ գործի քննության շահերից ելնելով:
Սակայն Գորիսում տեղի ունեցած դժբախտ պատահարի առնչությամբ ընկերությունը անհրաժեշտ է համարում ներկայացնել դեպքի շատ կարեւոր մանրամասներ՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի մասնագետների կողմից տեղում կատարված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներից ելնելով.
- Բնակարանում տեղադրված անվտանգության ձայնաազդանշանային սարքը անջատված է եղել էլեկտրասնուցումից:
- Խոհանոցի ծխատար ուղու մեջ տեղադրված է եղել անցքերով թիթեղյա խոչընդոտ, որը էականորեն սահմանափակել է ջրատաքացուցչից ծխագազերի դուրսբերումը:
- Փայտի համար նախատեսված վառարանի ծխատարը դուրս էր հանված խոհանոցի պատուհանի վերնափեղկից, որը փակված էր մետաղյա թիթեղով, ինչը իր հերթին սահմանափակել էր բնակարանի օդափոխությունը:
Հարկ ենք համարում նշել նաեւ, որ իրավապահների ներկայությամբ ձայնաազդանշանային սարքը միացվել է էլեկտրասնուցմանը եւ գործարկվել է ջրատաքացուցուցիչը, 7 րոպե անց ազդանշանային սարքը գործել էր՝ փակելով բնական գազի մուտքը բնակարանի գազասպառման համակարգ:
«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն կրկին զգուշացնում եւ պահանջում է պահպանել կենցաղում բնական գազից օգտվելու անվտանգության պահանջները:
1. Խստիվ արգելվում է էլեկտրական սնուցումից անջատել բնակարաններում տեղադրված գազասպառման անվտանգության ազդանշանային սարքերը, օգտագործել ինքնաշեն կամ անսարք վիճակում գտնվող գազասարքեր:
2. Չկատարել օդատար եւ ծխատար ուղիների ինքնակամ ձեւափոխություններ՝ դրանցում ստեղծելով արհեստական դիմադրություններ, զերծ մնալ գազօգտագործման ընթացքում ցանկացած ինքնագործունեությունից:
Կրկին հիշեցնում ենք, որ ներտնային գազասպառման համակարգի անվտանգ շահագործման պատասխանատվությունը առաջին հերթին կրում է բաժանորդը:
