Հայ ազգն իր պատմական կայացման գործընթացում առանձնացել է ընտանիքի ամրությամբ ու ավանդական սովորույթների պահպանմամբ, ինչը հանդիսացել է ազգի գոյատևման ու կայացման նախահիմքերից մեկը:
Նոյեմբերի 24-ի լույս 25-ի գիշերը ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը Նորք Մարաշում վնասազերծել է հանցավոր խումբ, որի կազմում եղել են նաև իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչներ:
Անդամներից մեկը 22-ամյա Նելլի Մինասյանն է, ով Սյունիքի մարզի Հարթաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ է: Նշենք, որ ԱԱԾ գործողության պահին(առավոտյան ժամը 5-ին) առանձնատանը եղել է 10 մարդ, նրանք ազգակցական որևէ կապ չունեն միմյանց հետ: Այս պարագայում առաջ է գալիս բարոյականության գործոնը. Ինչո՞ւ էին աղջիկները գտնվում այդ տանը: Սա հարց է, որը կարող է բազում պատասխաններ ունենալ, այն էլ բացասական ենթատեքստով:
Նելլիի հայրը նշել է, որ աղջկա ձերբակալության մասին իմացել է լրատվամիջոցներից: Նա պատմել է, որ կինն ու դուստրը Երևանում վարձով են ապրում (ինչ իմանար խեղճ հայրը, թե իրականում ինչով է զբաղվում աղջիկը):
