Արցախի ԱԺ «ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Վարդգես Բաղրյանից ինչ կախված լինի, անելու է` ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատության պայքարի համար, քանի որ, ըստ Բաղրյանի՝ այդ դեպքում ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի պասիվ դիտորդի կարգավիճակում լինել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի ԱԺ «ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Վարդգես Բաղրյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատության հանձնախմբի ստեղծմանը՝ նա ասաց. «Բոլոր արցախցիների մասին չեմ կարող խոսել, բայց շատերն ընդունում են այդ հանձնախմբի ստեղծման գաղափարը։ Ես նույնպես այն մարդկանց խմբին եմ պատկանում, որը ստորագրել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման համար։ Ոչ միայն ողջունում եմ այդ հանձնախմբի ստեղծումը, այլեւ կիսում եմ այն բոլոր շեշտադրումները, որ արել է Աղվան Վարդանյանը»,- ասաց Բաղրյանը։

Ըստ Վարդգես Բաղրյանի՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը ոչ միայն հետապնդվում է քաղաքական առումով, այլեւ պատանդի կարգավիճակում է գտնվում. «Այստեղ հարցն արդեն դուրս է նեղ անձնական տիրույթից, այստեղ արդեն խնդիրը միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանինը չէ, այստեղ Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի հարցն է, պետություն ունենալու հարցն է, եթե մենք ապօրինի, առանց որեւէ լուրջ փաստարկի կալանքի տակ ենք պահում 2 հայկական պետությունների նախագահին»։

Բաղրյանը շեշտեց, որ կա անհրաժեշտություն դրսեւորելու քաղաքական կամք, ունենալու քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշում՝ այդ պայքարի համատեսքտում։

«Դիտել եմ այսօրվա դատական նիստի տեսանյութը, որտեղ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հակիրճ ու համեստորեն ասում էր՝ եղել է Արցախի առաջին եւ Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահը, եւ եթե մոռանում ենք այդպիսի մարդկանց արածները, այո, մենք դառնում ենք մանկուրտ. դա ամենաահավորն է, ինչը կարող է տեղի ունենալ երկրի հետ, եթե ջնջվում է հիշողությունը։ Չի կարելի այդպես վարվել մի մարդու հետ, որը հսկայական ներդրում է ունեցել երկու հայկական պետությունների, եւ հատկապես Արցախի, ամենածանր պահին Քոչարյանն է, որն իր վրա է վերցրել երկրի պաշտպանությունն ու անվտանգության հարցը։ Նա հաղթած երկրի առանջնորդն է եղել այդ տարիներին։ Այս պայքարը միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի համար չէ, այլ արդարության եւ երկրի համար է»։

Վարդգես Բաղրյանը կիսում է Աղվան Վարդանյանի այն տեսակետը, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին անազատության մեջ պահելն անպատիվ գործ է, չի բխում պետության շահերից, վնասում է պետության վարկին, խարխլում է դատական համակարգը եւ ի վերջո, իշխանության այդ սեւեռումը չի բերում հանրային համերաշխության, թույլ չի տալիս կենտրոնանալ իրական օրակարգերի վրա.

«Ես ավելի վտանգավոր բաներ եմ տեսնում՝ կապված Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման հետ։ Այստեղ միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խնդիրը չէ, գիտենք՝ վերաբերմունքը բոլոր այն տղաների հանդեպ, որոնք հաղթանակ են տարել։ Վարչապետի տիկինը Ադրբեջանի փոխնախագահին հրավիրում է Արցախ՝ մուղամ լսելու եւ թեյելու, հիմա փորձում են սվաղել այդ բաները, որը եւ ինձ եւ շատ արցախցիների համար անընդունելի է»։
