Հայաստանի կառավարությունն առաջին անգամ պետական կրթաթոշակ կտրամադրի հայ երիտասարդներին՝ ուսանելու Սիլիկոնյան հովտում: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունից։ Կրթական բացառիկ ծրագիրը նախաձեռնել է ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը (ԲՏԱՆ), որը եւ հոգալու է ընտրված հայ ձեռներեցների ուսման հետ կապված բոլոր ծախսերը։

 

7 շաբաթ տեւողությամբ դասընթացները տեղի են ունենալու Դրեյփերի համալսարանում, որն իր ընտրյալ ուսանողների ու համաշխարհային համբավ ունեցող ձեռնարկատեր-դասախոսների շնորհիվ անվանում են նաեւ Հերոսների համալսարան։ Իլոն Մասկից (Tesla, Inc.) մինչեւ Թիմ Վեսթերգրեն (Pandora Media Inc.), AirBnB-ի առաջնորդներից մինչեւ YouTube-ի հիմնադիրներ՝ հենց նրանք են կրտսեր գործընկերներին ներկայացնելու գաղափարից արտադրանք տանող ամենաարդյունավետ ճանապարհը՝ կիսվելով իրենց փորձով ու հաջողության բանաձեւով։

 

ՏՏ ոլորտի համաշխարհային հսկաներին միավորած կրթական հարթակն արդեն բաց է ընդունելության համար․ հայտերն ընդունվում են մինչեւ հունվարի 27-ը։

 

Դիմել կարող են 21 տարին լրացած այն անձինք, որոնք ունեն ձեռնարկատիրական փորձ, ՏՏ ոլորտը «բեկող» գաղափար,  որը ցանկանում են իրագործել Հայաստանում, բացարձակ տիրապետում են անգլերեն լեզվին եւ պատրաստ են դասընթացներից հետո՝ երկու տարվա ընթացքում, իրենց գիտելիքով կիսվել մարզերի ուսանողների եւ ապագա ձեռնարկատերերի հետ։ Դիմելու  համար պետք է անցնել հետեւյալ հղումով՝ https://www.draperuniversity.com/apply: Լավագույններին ընտրելու են Դրեյփերի համալսարանի եւ ԲՏԱՆ կողմից լիազորված հատուկ հանձնաժողովի անդամները:

 

Նախադեպը չունեցող կրթական ծրագիրը, փաստորեն, հաջորդում է ՀՀ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության՝ Սիլիկոնյան հովիտ կատարած այցին, որին մասնակցում էր նաեւ ՀՀ ԲՏԱ նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը։ Համաշխարհային ՏՏ հովանոցի ներքո գործող Դրեյփերի համալսարանի հիմնադիր, «Draper & Associates» վենչուրային ընկերության ղեկավար Թիմ Դրեյփերի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը հենց այս ծրագրի ամենամեծ երաշխավորն էր։

 

Դրեյփերի համալսարանը Սիլիկոնյան հովտի ամենահայտնի գիտական կենտրոններից է։ Այն հիմնել է վենչուրային կապիտալիստ Թիմ Դրեյփերը, որը ձեռներեցության եւ բիզնեսի զարգացման յուրօրինակ դասընթացներ է անցկացնում: Այս համալսարանում դասախոսները պրոֆեսորներ չեն․ նրանք իրական կյանքում թրծված ձեռնարկատերեր են, որոնք ուսանողների հետ կիսվում են իրենց փորձով՝ նախապատրաստելով նրանց պոտենցիալ ներդրողի հետ հանդիպմանն ու սեփական նախագծի, բիզնես ծրագրի կամ ստարթափի ներկայացմանը։ Համալսարանն այժմ 77 երկրից ուսանող ունի։
