Մանրամասները՝ «Փաստ» օրաթերթի այսօրվա համարում
Հայաստանում կյանքը կթանկանա 5-7 տոկոսով․ «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես հայտնի է, անդամակցելով ԵԱՏՄ-ին, Հայաստանը միացել է նաև միասնական մաքսային սակագներին: Սա ինքնին ենթադրում էր, որ ակնկալվում է զգալի քանակի ապրանքների մաքսատուրքերի բարձրացում:
Վերջինիս ազդեցությունը հնարավորինս մեղմելու նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը 5 տարուց ավելի անցումային ժամանակահատված վերցրեց՝ հիմնականում սպառողական զամբյուղում ներառված առավել կարևոր ապրանքների համար:
Այդ ապրանքային խմբերի մի ստվար հատվածի համար անցումային ժամանակահատվածն ավարտվում է 2020 թվականին:
Եվ հունվարի 1-ից սպասվում է մոտ 700 ապրանքատեսակի թանկացում։ Կարծիք կա, որ դրանց մեջ քիչ չեն այնպիսի ապրանքները, որոնք, այսպես ասած, «ամեն օր չես գնում»:
Սակայն մասնագետները պնդում են, որ միևնույն է, թանկացումները մարդկանց կենսամակարդակի վրա ընդհանուր առմամբ էական ազդեցություն թողնելու են:
Ի դեպ, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը զերծ չի մնալու թանկացումներից։ Մասնավորապես՝ հունվարի 1-ից թանկանալու է նաև գյուղատնտեսական մթերքի, կենդանիների կերի, հացահատիկի, հացահատիկի սերմնացուի մաքսազերծումը. դրանց համար ներմուծողները սահմանին կվճարեն 3-4 տոկոսով ավելի գումար, իսկ պարարտանյութերի համար՝ 2,5-4 տոկոսով ավելի։
Մյուս կողմից՝ 2020թ. հունվարի 15-ից ուժի մեջ է մտում օրենսդրական նորմը, ըստ որի՝ անասունի մորթը պետք է իրականացվի սպանդանոցներում:
Անասնապահությամբ և մսի վաճառքով զբաղվողները մտահոգություն ունեն, որ այս ամենի արդյունքում մսի գնի էական թանկացում կարող է տեղի ունենալ:
Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ որոշ տնտեսագետների հաշվարկների, առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում կյանքը Հայաստանում հերթական անգամ կթանկանա, նախնական հաշվարկներով, սկզբի համար 5-7 տոկոսով։
