«Իմ Քայլ»-ի 2 պատգամավորներ անձնական երաշխավորություն կներկայացնեն կաշառքի գործով կալանավորված ԱԱԾ պաշտոնյայի համար
POLITICSԱԺ «Իմ Քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը և Կարեն Համբարձումյանը անձնական երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող ՀՀ ԱԱԾ պաշտոնյայի` Էդիկ Ափոյանի համար: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց Էդիկ Ափոյանի պաշտպան Արսեն Սարդարյանը:
Նա նաեւ ասաց, որ Էդիկ Ափոյանի համար անձնական երաշխավորություն հայտնելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել նաև ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ Վրեժ Արզումանյանը:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության բաժանմունքի պետ Էդիկ Ափոյանը, տեղյակ լինելով Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացի Սանդիփ Կաուշիկի` հայրենիքում իրավապահ մարմինների հետ ունեցած խնդիրների մասին, նախնական համաձայնության է եկել նույն բաժնի օպերլիազոր Գևորգ Գաբրիելյանի հետ` Ս. Կաուշիկից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու հարցի շուրջ:
Այդ նպատակով Գ. Գաբրիելյանը 24.07.2019թ. այցելել է Ս. Կաուշիկի բնակարան, որտեղ, դուրս գալով իր լիազորությունների շրջանակից, ապօրինի գործողություններ է կատարել. առանց համապատասխան վարույթի առկայության և առանց արձանագրման զննել է Ս. Կաուշիկին պատկանող իրերն ու փաստաթղթերը և հայտնել, որ Հնդկաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններից գրություն է ստացել ՀՀ-ից նրան արտաքսելու վերաբերյալ, ապա չարտաքսելու դիմաց կաշառք պահանջել՝ այդ պահին տանն առկա ողջ գումարը, որից հետո անձամբ ստացել է 2.379.750 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 5.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Այնուհետև Գ. Գաբրիելյանը Ս. Կաուշիկին, ինչպես նաև բնակարանում գտնվող Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության ևս երկու քաղաքացու ուղեկցել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության համապատասխան բաժնի վարչական շենք, որտեղ` բաժանմունքի պետ Էդիկ Ափոյանի աշխատասենյակում, վերջինիս հետ, Ս. Կաուշիկի իրավունքներն ու օրենքով պաշտպանվող շահերը չոտնահարելու, ՀՀ-ից նրան չարտաքսելու, վերջինիս կողմից թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության մասնակցության վերաբերյալ կեղծ ապացույցներ չստեղծելու և քրեական պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու սպառնալիքով, շորթմամբ պահանջել են 50.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք, որից ստացել են 8.423.564 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 17.700 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Մասնավորապես, ձեռք բերելով Ս. Կաուշիկի համաձայնությունը` Գ. Գաբրիելյանը հաջորդ օրը նրանից անձամբ ստացել է 3.759.926 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 7900 ԱՄՆ դոլար` պահանջելով վճարել նաև կաշառքի մնացած մասը: Գ. Գաբրիելյանի ընկերը` Գոռ Մարտիրոսյանը, տեղեկանալով, որ կաշառքի գումարի մի մասն էլ` 2.283.888 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 4800 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, գտնվում է Հնդկաստանի մեկ այլ քաղաքացու մոտ, 31.07.2019թ.-ին այցելել է նրան և անձամբ ստացել պահանջվող գումարը:
Նշենք, որ քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի, որոնցից 2-ը՝ ԱԱԾ աշխատակից։ Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
