Շվի. գործիք, որը բազմաթիվ ժողովուրդներ համարում են ազգային

ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ

Շվին հնագույն երաժշտական գործիք է։ Հայերեն անվանումը ծագում է «շվվոց» բառի արմատից։ Նմանապես նույն իմաստն է ռուսերենում՝ свирель- свистеть: 

Շվիի նման երաժշտական գործիքներ ունեն բազմաթիվ ժողովուրդներ, օրինակ՝ բաշկիրներն այն անվանում են կուրաե, ուզբեկները՝ նաեմ, բելառուսները՝ դուդկա, մոլդավները՝ ֆլուեր, վրացիները՝ սալամուրի, ուկրաինացիները՝ սոպիլկա: 

Եվ բոլորը, ինչպես նաև մենք՝ հայերս, այդ գործիքը համարում են ազգային ժողովրդական երաժշտական գործիք: Առաջին շվիի հայտնվելու ժամանակահատվածը անհնար է որոշել, և անգամ անհնար է ասել, թե որն է եղել դրա նախատիպը:

 Հնարավոր է, որ դա եղել է այն ժամանակ, երբ հնագույն մարդը կտրել է եղեգը, դրա մեջ անցքեր փորել, ապա դրել շուրթերին և արձակել առաջին հնչյունները: 

Ինչպես նշեցինք, աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում տարբեր ժողովուրդներ ունեին և ունեն նմանատիպ երաժշտական գործիքներ, և անգամ կա այնպիսի կարծիք, որ հավանաբար այդ գործիքները հայտնվել են տարբեր ժամանակներում և միմյանցից լիովին անկախ: 

Փաստն այն է, որ շվին այնքան սիրված է մարդկանց կողմից, որ այդ գործիքին օժտել են կախարդական հատկություններով և այդ մասին գեղեցիկ լեգենդներ հյուսել: 

Ըստ հին հունական առասպելի, շվին բազմաթիվ տաղանդներ ունեցող Հերմես աստծո ստեղծածն է: 

Նա շվի է նվագել այն ժամանակ, երբ մանուկ ժամանակ արածեցրել է կովերին: Մեկ այլ շատ տխուր լեգենդի համաձայն, Նիադզա Սիրինգան, փախչելով անտառային աստված Պանից,  վերածվել է ճահճային եղեգի: 

Հիասթափված Պանը, փորձելով գտնել Սիրինգային, հնձել է ամբողջ եղեգնուտը, բայց չհասցնելով գտնել իր սիրելիին՝ կապել է իրար մի քանի եղեգնյա խողովակներ և սկսել դրանցով տխուր մեղեդի նվագել: 

Ե՞րբ և ինչպե՞ս է շվին հայտնվել Ռուսաստանում, այժմ ոչ ոք հաստատ չի կարող ասել: Որոշ պատմաբաններ ենթադրում են, որ գործիքը ռուսական հող է հասել Հին Հունաստանից: Սակայն կա լեգենդ: 

Ըստ այդ լեգենդի, շվի սիրում էր նվագել Լելը, որը սիրո սլավոնական աստվածուհի Լադայի որդին էր: 

Ընդ որում, նա շվիներ էր պատրաստում սոսու ճյուղերից: Տարբեր ժողովուրդների մոտ շվիներ պատրաստել են տարբեր նյութերից: 

Օգտագործվել են ինչպես փայտերի և խոտաբույսերի տարբեր տեսակներ, այնպես էլ կավ, արծաթ, ոսկոր, ճենապակի և անգամ հախճապակի: Հայերը շվի պատրաստել են եղեգից և ծիրանի փայտից: 

Շվիի ձայնը «ֆոլկլորային» է՝ խտացված օբերտոններով, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, շատ նուրբ: Թեև շվին ազգային նվագարանների թվին է պատկանում, սակայն շատ բազմաժանր նվագարան է, շվիով նվագում են թե՛ ազգային և թե՛ դասական ստեղծագործություններ։ Հայկական շվին ըստ կառուցվածքի լինում է երկու տեսակի՝ քանդվող և ամբողջական։

 Ի տարբերություն ամբողջականի, քանդվող շվին ունենում է ինտոնացիան փոփոխելու հնարավորություն։ 

Շվին կոնկրետ չափ չունի։ Միջինը շվին ունենում է 30 սմ երկարություն, իսկ տրամագիծը՝ միջինը 1,5 սմ: Շվիի վրա լինում է 8 անցք՝ չհաշված մունդշտուկի անցքը։ Շվին լարվում է անցքերի մեծացումով, ինչը բարձրացնում է գործիքի ինտոնացիան։ Անցքերը լայնացվում են շիկացված մետաղով։
