Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ուժեղացված հսկողությունը Հայաստանի քաղավիացիայի պետական կոմիտեի նկատմամբ միշտ էլ եղել է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ավիացիոն փորձագետ Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանը։

 

Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանի խոսքով՝ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը վերջին տարիներին հայաստանյան Ավիացիային ուշադիր չի եղել։

 

 

Փորձագետը նշեց, որ վերահսկող մարմինը պետք է Քաղավիացիոն կոմիտեն լինի․ «Հիմա այդ գործը մեզ մոտ շատ վատ է դրսեւորված։ Փաստորեն, ինքնաթիռները թռիչք կատարում են հիմնականում առանց այդ «սեւ արկղերի» ստուգման։ Դա է պատճառը, որ մեզ մոտ այդ հարցը կարգավորված չէ»։

 

Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանի համոզմամբ՝ Հայաստանում գործող «Ավիացիայի մասին» օրենքի հետ մեկտեղ պետք է գործի նաեւ օդային օրենք․ «Ավիացիայի եւ պլանավորումը, եւ կատարումը, եւ վերահսկումը գտնվում է Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեի հսկողության տակ։ Ճիշտ կլինի, որ ունենանք ստուգող մարմին, որը Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեից, իշխանություններից անջատ կլինի։ Այս թերությունների չշտկման դեպքում հնարավոր է ոչ միայն այն, որ Հայաստանը կարող է հայտնվել սեւ ցուցակում, այլեւ կարող են արգելել  թռիչքներ իրականացնել՝ կախված տվյալ ընկերության լրջությունից»։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ խնդրի վերաբերյալ «Ազատություն» ռ/կ-ին պարզաբանում է տվել Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի նախագահ Տաթեւիկ Ռեֆազյանը` նշելով, որ խնդիրն առաջացել է այն բանից հետո, երբ Taron Avia, Atlantis European Airways եւ «Ավիակոմպանիա Արմենիա»-ն ցանկացել են չվերթներ իրականացնել դեպի Եվրոպա. փորձել են թույլտվություն ստանալ։ «Ավիակոմպանիա Արմենիա»-ն անցել է ստուգումը, Atlantis European Airways -ն անցել է որոշակի խնդիրներով, իսկ Taron Avia-ն չի անցել, քանի որ լուրջ խնդիրներ են հայտնաբերվել, որոնք ազդել են թռիչքային անվտանգության վրա:
