Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 05։30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության Աբովյանի պահպանության բաժնի ծառայողները «Տաշիր Պիցցա»-ի մոտ ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ օպերատիվ տեղեկություն են ստացել, որ Հատիսի փողոցի 1/7 հասցեում գործող «ԱՐԵԳԱԿ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ի «Աբովյան» մասնաճյուղում գողություն է տեղի ունենում։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանները, շտապ մոտենալով նշված վայր, նկատել են փախուստի դիմող 2 հոգու, իսկ մեկին հետապնդելով՝ կարողացել են վնասազերծել։
Ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ որպես նախազգուշացում, 1 կրակոց են արձակել, որպեսզի հանցագործը կանգ առնի, սակայն նա փախոստի է դիմել և ավելի ուշ վնասազերծվել ոստիկանների կողմից
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետը, ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը։
Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերել են նշված մասնաճյուղի ապակե դռան փականը՝ կոտրված, երբ հանցագործները, մտնելով ներս, փորձել են գողություն անել, սակայն ոստիկանների օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում իրենց գործն ավարտին չեն հասցրել։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ փախուստի դիմած ու գողության կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկվածը Կոտայքի մարզի Քասախ գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 19-ամյա Գոռ Ասլանյանն է, ով քննիչի որոշմամբ որպես կասկածյալ, ձերբակալվել է։
Դեպքի վայրում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են հանցագործության գործիք «բոլգարկա», դիմակ, երկաթե լինգ, դանակ, որոնք քննիչի որոշմամբ առգրավվել են։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից արձակված պարկուճը, որը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, փախուստի դիմող անձանց հետապնդելիս ոստիկանության ծառայողի նախազգուշական կրակոցն է եղել:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած մյուս 2 հանցագործների ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
