Լիբանանի մայրաքաղաք Բեյրութի կենտրոնում ներքին անվտանգության ուժերի և բանակի հետ բախումների հետևանքով տուժածների թիվը հասել է 54-ի: Այս մասին հայտնել է LBC հեռուստաալիքը՝ հղում տալով քաղաքացիական պաշտպանական ուժերին, գրում է РИА Новости-ն:
«54 ակտիվիստ է տուժել: Տասնյակ մարդիկ հոսպիտալացվել են»,- հաղորդում է հեռուստաալիքը:

Լիբանանի ՆԳՆ-ից հայտնել են, որ բախումների հետևանքով 20 ոստիկան է տուժել:
Լիբանանում հոկտեմբերի 17-ից հակակառավարական ցույցեր են անցկացվում: Չնայած հոկտեմբերի 29-ին Սաադ Հարիրիի կառավարության հրաժարականին, երկրում հուզումները շարունակվում են: Երկրում տնտեսական և ֆինանսական իրավիճակը շարունակում է ճգնաժամային մնալ: Երկրի նախագահ Միշել Աունը դեռ հոկտեմբերի սկզբին հայտարարել էր, որ երկիրը տառապում է ֆինանսական շրջափակումից և պատժամիջոցներից:
