Սահմանափակումը՝ առայժմ Ռուսաստանի մի նահանգում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSautomobili.ru-ն «Արտասահմանցի վարորդներին հեռացնում են ուղևորափոխադրումներից. սահմանափակումը մտցվել է առայժմ Ռուսաստանի մի նահանգում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ սկսած եկող տարվանից Չելյաբինսկի նահանգում այլ երկրների քաղաքացիները, որոնք աշխատում են արտոնագրային հիմքով, չեն կարող նստել քաղաքային և միջքաղաքային երթուղիներով երթևեկող տաքսիների, վարձակալված մարդատար ավտոմեքենաների և ավտոբուսների ղեկին:
Հրատարակությունը նաև հիշեցնում է, որ շուտով Ռուսաստանում կարգելվեն հայկական նմուշի վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականները, իսկ հետագայում ԵԱՏՄ մնացած այլ երկրների՝ Բելառուսի, Ղըրղըզստանի և Ղազախստանի քաղաքացիները ևս հավանաբար կկիսեն նույն ճակատագիրը:
Բանն այն է, որ սկսած 2016 թվականից ՝անշեղորեն աճում է արտասահմանցի վարորդների մասնակցությամբ Ռուսաստանում արձանագրվող ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների թիվը:
Իսկ տաքսիների մասնակցությամբ վթարների վիճակագրությունը էլ ավելի սարսափելի է. միայն վերջին տարում նման վթարների թիվը աճել է ավելի քան 60%-ով:
