ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն պատասխանել է Մամեդյարովին
VIDEOԱյս փուլում ոչ մի փաստաթուղթ չի քննարկվում: Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 13-ին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Աննա Նաղդալյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հարցազրույցը:
Մամուլի քարտուղարն ընդգծեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը հստակ ներկայացվել է Բրատիսլավայում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ԵԱՀԿ ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստում ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի ելույթում: «Նախարարը նշեց, որ կարգավորման հիմքն է Արցախի ժողովրդի կարգավիճակի որոշման իրավունքի ճանաչումը՝ առանց հարկադրանքի եւ սահմանափակումների: Առանց սահմանափակումների նշանակում է, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը կարող է ընտրել ցանկացած տարբերակ՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունից եւ իրավազորությունից դուրս: Տարբերակները, որոնք չեն ապահովում այս իրավունքի իրականացմանը, չեն կարող ընդունելի լինել Հայաստանի համար»,- շեշտեց Աննա Նաղդալյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Մամեդյարովի այն հայտարարություններին, թե իր համար հստակ չէ՝ ինչ է Հայաստանը հասկանում անվտանգության մասին խոսելիս, Նաղդալյանը հիշեցրեց, որ երեք տասնամյակ Ադրբեջանի վարած հայերի հանդեպ ատելության քաղաքականությունը ցույց է տվել իրերի իրական վիճակը:
«Վերջերս Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայերին մեղադրեց Սումգայիթի ջարդերի մեջ: Նման միջավայրում անիմաստ է դիտարկել անվտանգության ապահովման հնարավորությունը: Գեղեցիկ խոսքերով ճշմարտությունը չես թաքցնի: Արցախի անվտանգությունը զիջումների ենթակա չէ»,- շեշտեց Նաղդալյանը՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը կա՛մ ընկալման խնդիրներ ունի, կա՛մ չի ցանկանում հասկանալ: «Կարծում են, որ նրանք պարզապես ձեւացնում են, որ արդարացնեն մաքսիմալիստական դիրքորոշումը»,- նշեց ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ չի ստացվի հայկական կողմի հետ սպառնալիքների լեզվով խոսել:
Խոսելով հաջորդ հանդիպման ժամկետների մասին՝ Նաղդալյանը հիշեցրեց, որ կողմերը դրա մասին հայտնում են մանրամասները համաձայնեցնելուց հետո եւ միաժամանակ: Մանրամասներն առայժմ քննարկվում են, նշեց նա:
