Շիրակի փողոցի 88/1 շենքի բնակիչները բողոքի ցույց են անում․ պնդում են՝ անմարդկային պայմաններում են ապրում

Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Շիրակի փողոցի 88/1 շենքի բնակիչներն այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում։ Նրանք պնդում են՝ անմարդկային պայմաններում են ապրում, մինչդեռ Երևանի քաղաքապետը քարոզարշավի ժամանակ խոստացել էր, որ մինչև 2020 թվականը Երևանում ժամանակավոր կացարաններ չեն լինելու, սակայն իրենց շենքը այդ նույն կացարաններից մեկն է:

 

Ավագանու նախկին անդամ Սոնա Աղեկյանն հայտնեց, որ այսօր Կառավարությանը հանձնել է բնակիչների պահանջները։

 

 

«Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Շիրակի 88/1 հասցեում Երևանի քաղաքապետը որոշակի «Կամազների» դիմաց շինթույլտվություն է տվել, որ կազմակերպեն «Երևանի աղբահանություն և սանիտարական մաքրում» հիմնարկի կառուցապատումը ։ Հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք փորձաքննության հիման վրա է տրվել թույտվությո՞ւնը և ո՞վքեր են այն չինովնիկները, որոնք բնակելի շենքին կից տարածքում տրամադրել են շինթույլտվություն «Երևանի աղբահանություն և սանիտարական մաքրում» հիմնարկի ավտոպարկի համար իր բոլոր վտանգավոր հետևանքներով։ 12 վարչական շրջանները սպասարկող աղբատար մեքենաները վտանգելու են առանց այդ էլ անմարդկային պայմաններում բնակվող 15 ընտանիքների կյանքը»,-նշեց Աղեկյանը։

 

Նա պնդեց՝ քաղաքում զարդարանքը և ամանորյա խաղալիքները դեռ Տարոն Մարգարյանի ժամանակից մնացածներն են․ «Մենք պահանջում ենք պարոն Փաշինյանից 15 ընտանիքներին հատկացնել գումար և տրամադրել բնակարան։ 700 հազար դոլարը պետք է նպատակային օգտագործվի, իսկ ամանորյա ծախսերն անհիմն են, քաղաքում ամբողջությամբ Տարոնի զարդարանքներն են, այնպես որ տոնածառի, փայլերի ու խաղալիքների վրա գումար չի ծախսվել։ Հավանաբար գումարների մսխում է տեղի ունենում»։

 

Շենքի բնակիչներից մեկն էլ ասաց, որ իրենք ու իրենց երեխաները պայքարել են հեղափոխության համար, սակայն դժգոհ են, որ իրենց հարցին լուծում չի տրվում․ «Պարոն Փածինյան, շենքի բոլոր երեխաները ճանապարհ են փակել՝ առանց ծնողներին ասելու, թե ուր են գնում, որ դուք այդ աթոռին նստեք։ Ձեր աթոռակռիվը թողեք, դուրս եկեք Ձեր առանձնասենյակից, պարոնայք պաշտոնյաներ, նայեք ինչ է կատարվում ձեր շուրջը»։

 

Բնակիչն ասաց, որ դիմել են պատկան մարմիններին և վարչապետին, արձագանքել են, որ չունեն տարածքներ, բնակարաններ, որ իրենց տեղափոխեն։

 

Բնակիչներից մեկն էլ պնդեց՝ շենքում երեխաները ապրում են խոնավության, կեղտի և միջատների մեջ, հիվանդ են։

 

«Ժողովուրդը հավատացել է ձեզ, պարո փաշինյան։ Իմ 13 տարեկան տղան ասում էր՝ մամ, մենք ավելի լավ Հայաստանում ենք ապրելու․․․Եթե մինչև դեկտեմբերի 31-ը չարձագանքեցիք, դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, ժամը 12-ին հարամ ենք անելու ձեր Նոր տարին»։
