Նոր՝ 2020թ.-ի խորհրդանիշին հաճոյանալու համար սեղանին հարկավոր է ճաշատեսակներ ունենալ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ մտնում են.

  • ծովամթերք
  • միրգ
  • հատապտուղներ
  • պանիր
  • կանաչի։

 

Որպես գարնիր՝ ավելի լավ է ոչ միայն սովորական կարտոֆիլ ընտրել, այլեւ բազմազան ձավարեղեն՝ ոսպ, հնդկաձավար, բրինձ։ Եթե անհանգստանում եք, որ հյուրերին դրանք կարող են դուր չգալ, կարելի է նաեւ կարտոֆիլ ունենալ։

  • չափազանց ճարպոտ մթերք
  • կտրուկ գոտով պանիր։

 

Ըմպելիքի մասին. հարկավոր չէ սեղանին թունդ ալկոհոլ դնել։ Ավելի լավ է նախապատվություն տալ ավանդական շամպայնին, գինուն, լիկյորին եւ այլ թույլ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքներին ու կոկտելյներին։

 

Այս ամենից կարելի է եզրակացություն անել, որ ազդրից ավելի լավ է հրաժարվել. այն շատ ճարպոտ է։
