Թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 56-ամյա տղամարդուն. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ առանց իրացնելու նպատակի խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ կամ հոգեմետ նյութեր ապօրինի պատրաստելու, վերամշակելու, ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ առաքելու դեպքի  բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 1963թ. ծնված տղամարդուն: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:

 

 Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն` 56-ամյա տղամարդը 2019թ. նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին, անհայտ անձից իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել և Երևան քաղաքի Վարշավյան փողոցում մի քանի անգամ 1973թ. ծնված ծանոթին գումարի դիմաց ապօրինի իրացրել «Հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:

 

Բացի այդ, 56-ամյա տղամարդը 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին,  նույն հասցեում 1973թ. ծնված տղամարդուն 1 տոննա չուգունի դիմաց ապօրինի իրացրել է «Հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որի մի մասը վերջինս նույն օրը գործածել է, իսկ մնացած խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 0.293 գրամ քաշով «Հերոին»  տեսակի թմրամիջոցը  հետագա օգտագործման համար պահել է իր մոտ, որը նույն օրը ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու մոտից:      

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 1963 թվականին ծնված տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 266-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (3 դրվագ) և 266-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, նրա նկատմամբ խափանման  միջոց է ընտրվել  կալանավորումը, իսկ 1973թ. ծնված տղամարդը ներգրավվել է որպես կասկածյալ և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
