ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն, անշեղ իրականացնելով կոռուպցիայի հակազդման օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթները, ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտել է ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի  «Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի վարիչի կողմից կոռուպցիոն բնույթի առերևույթ հանցագործության կատարման դեպք:

 

Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի քաղաքի «Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի վարիչը, հանդիսանալով հիշյալ առևտրային կազմակերպության ծառայող, իր լիազորություններն օգտագործելով կազմակերպության շահերին հակառակ, անտեսելով առողջական խնդիրներով 2017-2019 թթ. բուժօգնության դիմած մի շարք անձանց` պետական պատվերի ծրագրից օգտվելու (անվճար կամ մասնակի վճարումով բժշկական օգնություն ստանալու) իրավունքը կամ սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառու հանդիսանալու կամ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով վճարումներից ազատված լինելու կամ բուժօգնության համար հիվանդանոցի դրամարկղ  սահմանված վճարումներ կատարած լինելու հանգամանքները, մատուցված ծառայությունների համար, որպես հավելյալ վարձատրություն, միասնական դիտավորությամբ մի շարք անձանցից անձամբ պահանջել և ստացել է խոշոր չափի առևտրային կաշառք:

 

Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
