Հնդկաձավարի դիետա. Նիհարեք 7 կիլոգրամ 7 օրում` ԱՅՍ պարզ և անչափ մատչելի դիետայի միջոցով

Ցանկացած աղջիկ ձգտում է լինել սլացիկ և ունենալ ձիգ կազմվածք: Ոմանք դրա համար գնում են մարզասրահ, ոմանք էլ փորձում են տարատեսակ դիետաներ:
Ամենագործող դիետաներից մեկը հնդկաձավարի դիետան է: Այն տևում է մեկ շաբաթ, որի ընթացքում օրգանիզմն ազատվում է թունավոր նյութերից և մի քանի կիլոգրամ ավելորդ քաշից:
Դիետան պահանջում է խիզախություն և խիստ ինքնակառավարում. չէ՞ որ այդքան էլ հաճելի բան չէ ուտել առանց աղի, յուղի և որևէ այլ համեմունքի հնդկաձավար:
1 բաժակ հնդկաձավարին ավելացրեք 2-2.5 լիտր եռացրած ջուր և թողեք, որ գիշերը մնա: Առավոտյան թափեք ավելորդ ջուրը: Դիետայի ընթացքում կարող եք ուտել այնքան հնդկաձավար, որքան կցանկանաք: Միակ պահանջն է` չուտել գիշերը. սնունդի վերջին ընդունումը պետք է լինի քնելուց առնվազն 4 ժամ առաջ: Կարելի է խմել կեֆիր, բայց ոչ օրական մեկ լիտրից ավել, իսկ եթե սովին այլևս չեք դիմանում, կարող եք որևէ միրգ ուտել:
Եթե դիետայի ընթացքում թուլացել եք և ինչ-որ «արգելված» բան կերել, ոչ մի դեպքում մի դադարեցնեք այն. շարունակեք, ասես ոչինչ չի էլ պատահել:
Անպայման օրվա ընթացքում առնվազն երկու լիտր հեղուկ խմեք: Հնդկաձավարի դիետայի ընթացքում կարելի է ընդունել վիտամինային կոմպլեքս, որպեսզի պահեք օրգանիզմի դիմադրողանակությունը: Դիետայի ավարտից հետո պետք է սնվել չափավոր, այլապես կորցված կիլոգրամները հետ կվերադառնան:
