7-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի գործունեության գրեթե 1 տարվա ընթացքում 132 պատգամավորներից 19-ը հարց չեն տվել ու ելույթ չեն ունեցել: «Լուռ» պատգամավորներից 11-ը «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունից են, 7-ը՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանից», 1-ը՝ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանից»: Այս մասին գրում է Tert.am-ը՝ հղում անելով Parliamentmonitoring.am կայքին:

«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության 88 պատգամավորից 11-ը ելույթ չեն ունեցել և հարց չեն տվել.

7-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ում ամենից շատ հարցեր տված և ելույթներ ունեցած պատգամավորը «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից Միքայել Մելքումյանն է: Նա ԱԺ նիստերին միասին 124 հարց է տվել և ելույթ է ունեցել: Երկրորդ ամենաակտիվ պատգամավորը ԲՀԿ-ից Սերգեյ Բագրատյանn ` 77 հարց և ելույթ: Երրորդը՝ «Իմ քայլից» Արտակ Մանուկյանն է՝ 62 հարցով և ելույթով, չորրորդը՝ ԲՀԿ-ից Արման Աբովյանն է, հինգերորդը՝ «Իմ քայլից» Սուրեն Գրիգորյան է՝ համապատասխանաբար 54 և 39 հարցերով և ելույթներով:

Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներից ամենաշատ՝ 179 անգամ բացակայել է «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը: Երկրորդ ամենաշատ բացակայած պատգամավորը «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանն է՝ 172 բացակայությամբ, երրորդը՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունից Լենա Նազարյանը՝ 169 բացակայություն: Բացակա ունեցողների հնգյակը եզրափակում են ԲՀԿ-ից Վարդան Ղուկասյանը՝ 156 և «Իմ քայլից» Գայանե Աբրահամյանը՝ 151:

Համաձայն «2018 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի` պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձանց բազային աշխատավարձի չափը կազմում է 66,140 ՀՀ դրամ: ԱԺ պատգամավորի աշխատավարձի դրույքաչափի հաշվարկման գործակիցը 10 է, հետևաբար՝ նրանց ամսական աշխատավարձը կազմում է 661 հազար 400 դրամ՝ ներառյալ հարկերը: Իսկ հարկվելուց հետո պատգամավորի, այսպես ասած, «մաքուր» աշխատավարձը կազմում է մոտ 470 հազար դրամ:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, պատգամավորները, բացի աշխատավարձից, նաև աշխատավարձի 30 տոկոսի չափով պարգևավճար են ստանում՝ 198 420 դրամ: Եթե այս պարգևավճարից հանենք հարկերը՝ 55 557 դրամը, ստացվում է 142 863 դրամ:

Այսինքն՝ պատգամավորներից շատերը «լուռ» նստելու համար պետական բյուջեի միջոցներից ստանում են 612 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ և պարգևավճար:
