Երեւանում ամանորյա տոներին նախնական ծախսվելու է 425-430 մլն դրամ. ընդդիմադիր

Երեւանում Նոր տարվա տոնակատարության համար վարչական շրջանների բյուջեի հաշվառմամբ՝ ողջ գումարը տատանվում է 425-430 մլն դրամի սահմաններում։ Չի բացառվում, որ արդյունքում այդ գումարը դառնա 550 մլն դրամ, ինչպես գրում է մամուլը։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ դեկտեմբերի 10-ին ասաց Երեւանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության անդամ Անի Խաչատրյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ 271 մլն հատկացրել է կառավարությունը։
«Ինձ համար անհասկանալի է, այնտեղ, որտեղ հացի խնդիր կա, կազմակերպվում է խրախճանք։ Իմ տվյալներով՝ ամենից շատ փող հատկացվել է երգչի (Գորան Բրեգովիչ –խմբ.) հոնորարին, այն դեպքում, երբ, օրինակ, Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը կարող էր հանդես գալ որպես դիջեյ, եւ դա շատ ավելի էֆեկտով կլիներ, քան հրավիրել երգչի եւ նրան միլիոններ վճարել։ Այդ փողերը կարելի էր բաշխել ըստ մարզերի։ Ո՞ւր կորավ մարզերի հավասար զարգացման հայեցակարգը։ Անի Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը ժամանակին քննադատում էր նախկին քաղաքապետին, որ ամանորյա տոներին ծախսվել է 550 հազար դոլար, այն դեպքում, երբ քաղաքում բազմաթիվ չլուծված խնդիրներ են մնացել։
«Հարց է ծագում. լուծվո՞ւմ են արդյոք այդ նույն խնդիրներն այն դեպքում, երբ այս տարի ծախսվոմ է մոտ 1 մլն դոլար։ Փոխարենը մենք վարկեր ենք վերցնում, որպեսզի լուծենք քաղաքի տրանսպորտի խնդիրները, այսինքն՝ ավելացնում ենք պետական պարտքը։ Դրա փոխարեն կարելի էր խնայել տոնակատարությունների ժամանակ եւ փոխել, ասենք 50 վերելակ։ Երեւանի բյուջեն լրիվ կհերիքեր տոնն արժանի անցկացնելու համար, իսկ կառավարության փողերը՝ 271 մլն դրամի չափով, կարելի էր ծախսել այլ նպատակներով»,- ավելացրել է նա։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տարի նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել 3-4 համերգային միջոցառում դեկտեմբերի 31-ին եւ Սուրբ ծնունդին։ Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ հոսք չի լինելու, ընդհակառակը, լինելու է մեծ արտահոսք Հայաստանից Վրաստան։ Հիշեցնենք, որ քաղաքի համայնքային բյուջեից հատկացվել է 54 մլն դրամ։ Կառավարությունն ավելացրել է գումարը 271 մլն դրամով։ ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով՝ ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 541 մլն դրամ կամ 750 հազար դոլար։
