ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը որեւէ խնդիր չի տեսնում ՍԴ դատավորների վաղ կենսաթոշակի անցնելու հետ կապված եւ կարծում է` ՍԴ դատավորները պետք է սեղմեն պետության մեկնած ձեռքը եւ պատվով հեռանան:

Այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ԱԺ-ում «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անի Սամսոնյանի հարցին, այսպես պատասխանեց նախարարը:

Սամսոնյանը հարց էր ուղղել նախարարին՝ եթե նա լիներ ՍԴ անդամ եւ իշխանության փոփոխություն լիներ, իրեն վիրավորված չէ՞ր զգա, եթե վաղ կենսաթոշակի ուղարկեին եւ կհամաձայնե՞ր արդյոք դրան:

«Հայաստանում ուղղակի իշխանության փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել, Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել թավշյա հեղափոխություն, որն արդյունք էր տարիներ շարունակ կուտակված խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ կոռուպցիայի բարձր մակարդակի, այդ թվում` դատական համակարգի ձեւավորման վրա կոռուպցիայի ազդեցության: Եթե ես ընտրված լինեմ ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններով ընտրված խորհրդարանի կողմից, եւ չլինեն այն գնահատականները, որ եղել են Հայաստանի դատական համակարգի շուրջ, ես խնդիր կտեսնեմ վաղ կենսաթոշակի գնալու հետ կապված, ես խնդիր կտեսնեմ իշխանության փոփոխությամբ պայմանավորված` դատական համակարգը վերաձեւակերպելու հետ կապված: Սակայն այն խորքային խնդիրները, որ կան Հայաստանում, այս պարագայում պետք է սեղմել պետության կողմից մեկնված ձեռքը, պատվով հեռանալու եւ սահմանադրական նոր մոդելի դատական համակարգ ստեղծելու առումով, ես որեւէ խնդիր չեմ տեսնում»,- ասաց նա:

ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության մեկ այլ պատգամավոր էլ նախարարին հարցրեց, թե ի՞նչ է լինելու աշխատանքի չգնացող ՍԴ դատավորի դեպքում` նկատի ունենալով Վահե Գրիգորյանին, ով չի մասնակցում նիստերին, սակայն աշխատավարձ է ստանում:

«Եթե արձանագրվել է, որ աշխատանքի չի գնում, ապա կան համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր եւ այդ ընթացակարգերով հնարավոր է ղեկավարվել, եւ Կառավարությունն այդտեղ անելիք չունի»,- պատասխանեց նախարարը:

ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանն էլ տեղից արձագանքեց՝ պաշտպանելով ՍԴ դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանին. «Աշխատանքի չգնալն ու նիստերին չմասնակցելը տարբեր բաներ են»:

Նշենք, որ այսօր`դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, ԱԺ-ում ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը ներկայացրեց ՍԴ անդամների վաղ կենսաթոշակի անցնելու նախագիծը եւ պատասխանեց պատգամավորների հարցերին
