Առողջապահության փոխնախարարը ԱԺ ամբիոնից ցուցադրեց լուսանկարներ՝ ծխախոտի օգտագործման հետեւանքների վերաբերյալ
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովում՝ «Ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների եւ դրանց փոխարինիչների օգտագործման հետեւանքով առողջությանը հասցվող վնասի նվազեցման եւ կանխարգելման մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Առողջապահության փոխնախարար Լենա Նանուշյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից ցուցադրեց մի քանի լուսանկարներ՝ ծխախոտի վնասակարության մասին։
«Ուզում եմ խնդրել մեր բոլոր պատգամավորներին այս բեմից չհնչեցնեն որեւէ թյուր տեղեկատվություն, որ ծխելը որեւէ տարիքում կարող է օգտակար լինել։ Ծխախոտից առաջանում է թոքի էնֆիզեմա, գանգրենաներ, բերանի խոռոչի քաղցկեղ, լեզվի քաղցկեղ, կոկորդի քաղցկեղ, բնածին արատներ, թոքերի քաղցկեղ, վաղաժամ մահ։ Հուսով եմ՝ կողմ կքվեարկեք այս նախագծին»,- իր ելույթում ասաց փոխնախարարը։
Նշենք, որ այդ օրենսդրական փաթեթով նախատեսվում է նաեւ արգելել ծխախոտի օգտագործումը փակ հաստատություններում։ Ծխելու սահմանափակումներ կմտցվեն հանրային տրանսպորտում, մանկական հրապարակներում, հիվանդանոցներում, պոլիկլինիկաներում եւ բուժկենտրոններում, կրթական եւ մշակութային հաստատություններում։
Բացի այդ, նախատեսված են որոշակի կանոններ ծխախոտի իրացման համար, ինչպես նաեւ սահմանափակումներ են մտցվել ծխախոտի արտադրանքի գովազդում։
Կարգախախտների հանդեպ կկիրառվեն տուգանքներ։ Եթե տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդը վարելու ժամանակ բռնվի ծխախոտ կամ փոխարինիչ ծխելիս, կտուգանվի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 10-ապատիկի չափով։
Ծխախոտի կամ փոխարինիչի ծխելու արգելքը խախտելը պաշտոնական անձանց կողմից կտուգանվի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 100 կամ 200-ապատիկի չափով, իսկ ֆիզիկական անձանց պարագայում՝ 50-ապատիկի չափով։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից նույն խախտումը առաջին խախտումից հետո երեք ամսվա ընթացքում ենթադրում է կրկնակի տուգանքի գանձում։
