Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը կօգնի սիրիացի փախստականներին

Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերության գլխավոր քարտուղար Աննա Եղիազարյանը և Քուվեյթի Կարմիր մահիկի ընկերության նախագահ Հիլալ ալ-Սայերը Ժնևում՝ Շվեյցարիայում դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ստորագրել են «Հայաստանում սիրիացի փախստականների աջակցության» ծրագրի պայմանագիրը։
Ծրագիրը, որի մեկնարկը տրվել էր 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից, շարունակվելու է մինչև 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ը։ Նպատակն է բարելավել Հայաստանում սիրիացի փասխտականների բարեկեցությունը՝ ապահովելով մարդասիրական աջակցություն և կրթության հասանելիություն՝ առավել խոցելի ընտանիքներին։
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝
60 առավել խոցելի ընտանիքներ տարեկան 4 անգամ կստանան սննդի փաթեթներ,
170 առավել խոցելի ընտանիքներ տարեկան 2 անգամ կստանան հագուստի ձեռքբերման վաուչեր,
30 առավել խոցելի ընտանիքների՝ անհետաձգելի առողջապահական ծառայության կարիք ունեցող անդամներին կտրամադրվի անհրաժեշտ գումար,
առավել խոցելի ընտանիքների 40 ուսանողների կտրամադրվի ուսման վճարի մասնակի փոխհատուցում։
Աջակցության ընդհանուր գումարը կկազմի 100 000 դոլար։
Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը (ՀԿԽԸ), լինելով Կարմիր խաչի և Կարմիր մահիկի միջազգային շարժման լիիրավ անդամ, առաջնորդվում է Շարժման հիմնարար սկզբունքներով` մարդասիրություն, անկողմնակալություն, չեզոքություն, անկախություն, կամավորություն, եզակիություն, համընդհանրություն։
Հանդիսանալով կառավարությանն աջակցող կառույց՝ մարդասիրական ոլորտում, Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունն արդեն 99 տարի է գործունեություն է ծավալում հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում հետևյալ ռազմավարական ուղղություններով՝ աղետների կառավարում, բնակչության տեղաշարժ, սոցիալ – առողջապահություն, առաջին օգնություն, երիտասարդական, մարդասիրական արժեքների տարածում և այլն:
ՀԿԽԸ առաքելությունն է նվազեցնել բնակչության խոցելիությունը` մարդասիրության ուժի մոբիլիզացմամբ, նախապատրաստվել դիմակայելու այն իրավիճակներին, որոնք կարող են բնակչության խոցելիության պատճառ դառնալ, ցուցաբերել անհրաժեշտ օգնություն` սատարելով սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծանր պայմաններում գտնվող մարդկանց:
