Իշխանությունը մնացել է Վանոյի Արտակի հույսին․ ովքե՞ր են գաղափարի հեղինակները
BLOGՎերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում՝ դատավոր Մխիթար Պապոյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր մեկնարկեց Մարտի 1-ի գործով ամբաստանյալ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների բողոքի քննությունը, գրում է politik.am-ը:
Հիշեցնենք՝ պաշտպանները բողոքարկել են ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նոյեմբերի 7-ի որոշումը, որով մերժվել էր Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ գրավը որպես այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը:
Նիստի սկսվելուն պես մեղադրող դատախազներն ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացրին նախագահող դատավոր Մխիթար Պապոյանին: Երեւան քաղաքի դատախազ Գեւորգ Բաղդասարյանի խոսքով՝ 2019 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին Armlur կայքում հրապարակվել է մի հոդված՝ «Դատավոր Պապոյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է տվել» վերնագրով: Դատախազը հիշեցրեց, որ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Արտակ Գալստյանը հրապարակում է արել այն մասին, թե ովքեր են գրել դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի որոշումը (խոսքը Քոչարյանի գործի կասեցման եւ նրան ազատ արձակելու որոշումների մասին է,-խմբ.): Ըստ այդ հրապարակման՝ Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի այդ որոշումները գրվել են Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավորներ Մխիթար Պապոյանի, Վազգեն Ռշտունու եւ Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանի կողմից:
Փաստերոն իշխանությունները մնացել են Արտակ Գալստյանի՝ Վանոյի Արտակի հույսին։ Իսկ ով է Վանոյի Արտակը փորձենք հասկանալ օգտվելով համացանցի բաց աղբյուրներում առկա տեղեկություններից։ Արտակ Գալստյանը մի քանի անգամ հայտնվել է աղմկալի պատմությունների կիզակետում։ Նա անգամ ՀՔԾ կողմից մեղադրվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի շորթում իրականացնելու մեջ (մանրամասնները այստեղ)։
Ի դեպ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ Վանոյի Արտակին նման գրառում անել հուշել են ՍԴ դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանն ու փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը։ Այս կերպ ըստ էության նրանք հնարավորություն են տալիս իրավապահներին չեզոքացնել բոլոր այն դատավորներին, որոնք կարող են անկախ որոշումներ կայացնել։
