2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի համացանցում տարածվել էր հեռախոսային գաղտնալսված զրույցի ձայնագրություն, որտեղ ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը և ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը քննարկում են Մարտի 1-ի գործը:
Արթուր Վանեցյանի և Սասուն Խաչատրյանի միջև հեռախոսազրույցի հրապարակման դեպքի առթիվ Գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 146-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (Անձի նամակագրության, հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների, փոստային, հեռագրական կամ այլ հաղորդումների գաղտնիությունը խախտելը) և 254-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի՝ (Համակարգչային տեղեկատվությանն ապօրինի տիրանալը, որը կատարվել է առանձնակի արժեք ունեցող տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով) հատկանիշներով: Նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է Քննչական կոմիտեին:
