Մեզ համար ի՞նչ տարբերություն՝ գոմը խելացի է, թե ոչ, եթե կովը թրիքի մեջ է. Փաշինյան
VIDEOՓորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ երբ մի որոշում է կայացվում, որն ակնհայտորեն Հայաստանի բովանդակային վարկանիշը բարձրացնելուն է ուղղված, պարտադիր ի հայտ են գալիս փաստարկներ, որ թե ինչ պրոբլեմատիկ երեւույթ է դա, ինչ անհարմարություններ է առաջացնելու: Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին, կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Օրինակ, ասում ես՝ սրանից հետո մենք տեղից տեղ շարժվելու ենք ոչ թե ավանակով, այլ ավտոմեքենայով: Դրանից հետո երաշխավորում եմ, որ վարչապետի անունով հազարավոր նամակներ են գալիս, որտեղ նշում են՝ գիտես ինչ, ավտոմեքենան CO գազ է արտանետում, դա շատ լուրջ պրոբլեմ է Հայաստանի համար: Հետո ասում են՝ ավտոմեքենան վթարներ է բերում, խցանումներ է առաջացնում, այնպես որ, եկեք շարունակենք տեղից տեղ գնալ ավանակով: իհարկե, պրոբլեմներ է բերում, բայց դրա լուծումը ավանակներով տեղաշարժվելը չէ: Հիմա ինքնակառավարվող մեքենաներ են օգտագործում, էլեկտրամոբիլներ են օգտագործում, որոնք այդ հարցերը լուծում են: Բայց ՀՀ-ում չկա իրավիճակ, որ երբ ասես՝ եկեք մեր կյանքի որակը բարձրացնենք եւ չլինի փաստարկ, որ հինն ավելի լավ է: Մենք ունենք երեւույթներ, որ երբ մենք դա անում ենք կյանքի որակը բարձրացնելու համար, բայց մեկ է՝ էլի գլորվում ենք հին տրամաբանությանմեջ մնում ենք»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա պատմեց, որ օրերս հեռուստատեսությամբ ռեպորտաժ է դիտել «խելացի անասնագոմերի» մասին եւ նշեց. «Տեսա, որ խելացի անասնագոմում գոմաղբի հաստությունը նույնն է, ինչ ոչ խելացի անասնագոմում, կովերը նույնքան են թաղված թրիքի մեջ, որքան ոչ խելացի անասնագոմում: Այսինքն եթե սա չի բերելու քաղաքակրթության, եթե կենդանին թրիքի մեջ է, մեզ համար ի՞նչ տարբերություն՝ գոմը խելացի է, թե ոչ:
Կամ ուշադրություն դարձրե՞լ եք, որ մեզ մոտ կա կանխավարկած, որ աղբ տեղափոխող մեքենան պետք է կեղտոտ լինի, աղբը կողքից, հետեւից պետք է կախված լինի: Բայց իրականում աղբ տեղափոխող մեքենան պետք է մաքուր լինի: Սրա մասին պետք է բարձրաձայն խոսել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
