Հերքում «Գործուն աջակցություն իրավապահներին» վերտառությամբ հոդվածի

Երեկ «Փաստ» օրաթերթում տպագրված «Գործուն աջակցություն իրավապահներին» հոդվածի կապակցությամբ պատասխան ենք ստացել ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունից, որը, «Զանգվածային լրատվության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ կետի համաձայն, ներկայացնում ենք ստորև:
««Փաստ օրաթերթում» հիշյալ վերտառությամբ 05.12.2019թ. հրապարակված հոդվածում նշվել է. «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, թե՛ նախաքննության, թե՛ դատավարության ընթացքում իրավապահներին գործուն աջակցություն են ցուցաբերել ոչ միայն առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, այլև ՊՎԾ պետի պաշտոնակատար Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին, ապա նրա ակտիվ համագործակցությունը իրավապահների հետ, ըստ ՊՎԾ մեր աղբյուրների, կապված է ոչ միայն օրինապահության և պատասխանատվության զգացման, այլ նաև այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ Սանասարյանի մեղքն ապացուցվելու դեպքում նա չի վերադառնա իր պաշտոնին, և ՊՎԾ պետ կդառնա հենց ինքը՝ Քյարամյանը:
Պահանջում ենք լրատվամիջոցից հերքել իրենց իսկ տարածած բացաձակ սուտ լուրը և ներողություն խնդրել զրպարտության համար»:
