Ինչո՞ւ են «ափերից դուրս եկել» իշխանությունները
POLITICS«Այդ քանի՞ գլխանի էիք, որ այստեղ վարչապետ չընտրեիք: Ժողովուրդն է այդպես պահանջել»: Երեկ խորհրդարանում նման կերպ է արտահայտվել ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ դիմելով ԲՀԿ-ին: ԼՀԿ-ից «Իմ քայլը» դաշինք տեղափոխված Հայկ Կոնջորյանն էլ հավելել է, թե՝ «երբ քվեարկել եք վարչապետի օգտին, մեզ լավություն չեք արել, այլ ժողովրդի պահանջն եք կատարել»:
Նման կարգի հայտարարությունները, որոնք օրվա իշխանությունների առօրյա լեքսիկոնի մշտական մասն են, ամբողջական պատկերացում են տալիս նրանց հոգեվիճակի, որդեգրած գործելաոճի ու հետևանքների մասին:
Անընդհատ շահարկելով ժողովրդի անունը, ժողովրդի անվան հետևում թաքնվելով՝ իշխանություններն ընդամենը մեկուկես տարում անվերադարձ հեռացան նույն ժողովրդից, կորսվեցին մեծամտության ալիքների մեջ, իրենց երևակայեցին որպես անփոխարելիներ, ամենագետներ, ամենաիրավացիներ:
Ի հետևանս, եթե հայտնի ֆիլմից Սաախովի հայտնի բառերը մի քիչ փոխենք, նրանց գերակշիռ մասը իրականությանը նայում է իրենց կաբինետների, ծառայողական մեքենաների պատուհաններից կամ, որ ավելի վատ է, ֆեյսբուքյան էջերի միջոցով:

Ընդ որում, սա փորձագիտական լայն շրջանակների ու հասարակության սթափ ու խելացի դատող հատվածի զգալի մասի տեսակետն է, ինչի մասին պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնվում է, սակայն անսխալականության բարդույթը թույլ չի տալիս իշխանություններին տեսնել իրականությունը:
Թեպետ այլ կարծիք էլ կա, որի մասին խոսում են բազմաթիվ քաղաքագետներ, այն է՝ իշխանությունների վերջին շրջանի ծայրահեղ պահվածքը, իրենց «ոտքը տրորած» ցանկացած մեկի վրա կատաղի հարձակումները, այդ թվում՝ իրավապահ համակարգի միջոցով, գուցե թե այն բանի արդյունք են, որ նրանք հրաշալի հասկանում են իրենց վարկանիշի անկման փաստը:
