Միջադեպում ներգրավված զինծառայողները բնութագրվել են բացառապես դրական, ինչը չափազանց հազվադեպ է հանդիպում։ Եթե նրանցից մեկի մոտ մինչ այդ կոնֆլիկտ լիներ, նրանք հերթապահության չէին նշանակվի նույն մարտական դիրքում։ Այս մասին «Կանանց դերը խաղաղության կերտման գործում. հնարավորություններ եւ մարտահրավերներ» համաժողովում դեկտեմբերի 4-ին ասաց Հայաստանի պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Գաբրիել Բալայանը՝ մեկնաբանելով մեկ զինվորի սպանության եւ մյուսի վիրավորման դեպքը Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի N զորամասում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ պետք է սպասել իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատանքի արդյունքներին եւ դատարանի որոշմանը՝ հասկանալու համար գործողությունների դրդապատճառը։ «Չեմ կարող ներկայացնել մանրամասները, քանի որ լիազորված չեմ անելու դա։ Սկսած առաջին պահից՝ աշխատում են բոլոր իրավասու մարմինները եւ ստորաբաժանումները։ Դա ահավոր դեպք է, նման բան վաղուց չէր եղել, թեեւ անցյալում նախադեպեր արդեն եղել են։ Եթե վերլուծենք նման դեպքերի պարզման դինամիկան, ապա այն աճ է ցուցադրում»,- ավելացրել է Բալայանը։

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ դա կապված է, նախ, այն բանի հետ, որ հասարակության իրավագիտակցության մակարդակը էապես բարձրացել է, եւ երկրորդ՝ դա անհնար է, քանի դեռ ղեկավարները բարձր բարոյական արժեքների կրողներ են։ Փոխնախարարը հայտարարեց, որ կանանց դերը շատ ավելի բարձր է, քան կարելի է ենթադրել, մասնավորապես, այն հարցում, որ զինակոչիկին կամ զինվորին ներարկեն հանդուրժողություն։ «Մշտապես շփվում եմ ծնողների եւ մերձավորների հետ։ Գուցե անհրաժեշտություն կա սովորեցնելու, այդ թվում կանանց ձեւաչափով, որ պետք է ավելի հանդուրժող լինել։ Ծառայությունը ենթադրում է դժվարություններ, այդ թվում կրիտիկական փուլեր, որոնք չեն հանդիպում քաղաքացիական կյանքում»,- պարզաբանել է Բալայանը։ Նա նշել է, որ հասարակությունում հաճախ դժգոհում են այն բանից, որ բանակում շարքայինների մեջ կան առաջնորդներ։ «Շատ լավ է, որ նրանք կան, քանի որ առաջնորդները կարող են օգտակար լինել մարտական գործողությունների դեպքում։ Խնդիրն այն է, որպեսզի այդ առաջնորդությունն ուղղվի ճիշտ հուն, եւ ընտանիքի ու հասարակության դերն այստեղ շատ բարձր է»,- եզրափակելէ փոխնախարարը։

 

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, ժամը մոտ 06.50-ին զորամասերից մեկում, որը տեղակայված է Պաշտպանության բանակի հյուսիսարեւելյան ուղղությամբ, չպարզված հանգամանքներում մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել զինվոր Արթուր Աջամյանը (ծնվ. 1998թ.)։ Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ 31-304 հոդվածով՝ սպանության փորձ։
