Նոր մանրամասներ՝ զինծառայող Արթուր Աջամյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործից
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկատվություն է հրապարակել զինծառայող Ա.Աջամյանի մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալու և ժամկետային զինծառայող Դ.Մելիքբեկյանի հրազենային վիրավորումներ ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով:Ներկայացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տեղեկատվությունը.
«2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 06:50-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Արթուր Իշխանի Աջամյանի մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալու, իսկ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Դավիթ Հարությունի Մելիքբեկյանի հրազենային վիրավորումներ ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով /երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձ/ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Քրեական գործով կատարվել են մի շարք անհետաձգելի և անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, դիակի արտաքին զննում, նշանակվել են դիակի, ինչպես նաև` Դ.Մելիքբեկյանի վերաբերյալ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, մի շարք զինծառայողներ հարցաքննվել են որպես վկա, տուժող Ա.Աջամյանի պապը՝ Խատիֆ Աջամյանը, ճանաչվել է տուժողի իրավահաջորդ և հարցաքննվել, փաստաբաններ Հայարփի Սարգսյանը և Խաչատուր Ստեփանյանը ճանաչվել են տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչներ և մասնակցել են դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությանը, վերցվել են մարտական դիրքի տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները, միջնորդություններ են հարուցվել դատարան՝ Ա.Աջամյանի հեռախոսային միացումների վերծանման և նրա բջջային հեռախոսը զննելու վերաբերյալ, նշանակվել է դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություն:
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինակ միավորվելով:
