Դատարանը մերժեց Խաչատուրովի պաշտպան Միհրան Պողոսյանի միջնորդությունը

Երևանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը դեկտեմբերի 3-ին մերժեց ՀԱՊԿ-ի նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի պաշտպան Միհրան Պողոսյանի միջնորդությունը` իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ սահմանահատումների արգելքը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ: Դատարանը արձանագրեց, որ  Յուրի Խաչատուրովի սահմանահատումներին արգելք կիրառված չէ միջդատական վարույթի ընթացքում:

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ գործում առկա չեն այդ մասին վկայող փաստաթղթեր, միաժամանակ, դատարանը արձանագրում է, որ արգելք կիրառված չէ նաև դատարանի կողմից: Դատարանը արձագանքում է, որ միջնորդության պահանջը Յուրի Խաչատուրովի սահմանահատումների արգելքի վերաբերյալ առարկայազուրկ է»,- ասաց Աննա Դանիբեկյանը:

Դատավորը նշեց, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը կարող է դիմել համապատասխան մարմիններ նման խոչընդոտների առկայության դեպքում:

Ավելի վաղ Պողոսյանը նշել էր, որ հունիսի 8-ին Խաչատուրովը, անձնականհանգամանքներից ելնելով, ունենալով դատարանի թույլտվությունը, փորձել է հատելհայ-վրացական սահմանը, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահների կողմից սահմանահատումն արգելվել է։ Սակայն սահմանը հատելու արգելքը կիրառվում է միայնստորագրությամբ չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցի դեպքում:
 
Ըստ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի հրապարակած մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Յուրի Խաչատուրովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2008 թվականին հանդիսանալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ-Երևանի կայազորի պետը, այլ անձանց հետ հանցակցությամբ, տապալել է սահմանադրական կարգը։
