Ռեկտորը կամ դեկանը ի վիճակի չեն կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու: Այս մասին այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը:

 

«Շատ են խոսում, որ բուհական համակարգում համատարած կոռուպցիա կա, ոչ ուզում եմ ժխտել, ոչ ուզում եմ հաստատեմ: Ուզում եմ ասել, ըստ իս, ինչ համարժեք 3 դեպքեր կան: Դեպք առաջին՝ փողի կամ այլ նյութական արժեքի դիմաց սա հանցագործություն է: Եւ սրա մասին այստեղ- այնտեղ խոսելու մասին պետք է դիմել համապատասխան մարմիններին: Հավատացեք, որ ռեկտորը, կամ պրոռեկտորը, կամ դեկանը ի վիճակի չեն այդ երեւույթի դեմ պայքարել: Ինչո՞ւ, որովհետեւ երբ գործը հասնում է փաստական հանգամանքներին, նույնիսկ նա, ով ասում է` ես փող եմ տվել, հրաժարվում է: Ունենք ցցուն դեպք համալսարանում, դասախոսին բռնել էին փող պահանջելուց, կար ձայնագրություն, ուսանողներն էին արել։ Պարոն Սիմոնյանը լուրի ձայնագրության հիման վրա աշխատակցին հեռացրեց: Դատարանում ուսանողները հրաժարվեցին իրենց ցուցմունքներից եւ աշխատակիցը շահեց դատը»,- ասաց նա` նշելով, որ ռեկտորն անզոր է այդ դեպքում:

 

 

Երկրորդ դեպքը, ըստ Գեւորգյանի, ծանոթ- բարեկամի խնդրանքն է, ինչի դեմ իրենք անզոր են:

 

Երրորդ դեպքն էլ, ըստ ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի, «բարի դասախոսներ» երեւույթն է, ինչը գնալով ավելի շատ տարածում է ստանում:

 

«Նրանք ուղղակի նշանակում են քննություն, ստուգարք՝ լավ, բարձր թվանշաններով: Եվ 3 դեպքում էլ ունենք շրջանավարտ, որի դիպլոմի գնահատականը չի համապատասխանում իր գիտելիքներին: Արդյունքում ունենք բուհի ընկած վարկանիշ, դրա համար մեր դրած թվանշանները պետք է լինեն հավաստի»,-ասաց նա:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ուսանողները օրեր առաջ բողոքի ակցիա էին անցկացրել Գեղամ Գեւորգյանի աշխատասենյակի մոտ՝ պահանջելով իրենց հետ հանդիպում: Ուսանողները ռեկտորից դրական պատասխան ստանալուց հետո դադարեցրել էին բողոքի ակցիան եւ դրան նախորդող օրը վերսկսած դասադուլը:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ  ԵՊՀ հայ բանասիրության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողները նոյեմբերի 6-ից 20-ը դասադուլ էին անցկացնում` իրենց անհամաձայնությունը հայտնելով նոր օրենքի նախագծի այն դրույթի հետ, որով առաջարկվում է «հայոց լեզու», «հայ գրականություն» եւ «հայոց պատմություն» առարկաները բուհերի ոչ մասնագիտական ֆակուլտետներում դարձնել կամընտրական: Նրանց բողոքին միացել էին նաեւ ուսանողներ Պատմության ֆակուլտետից, ինչպես նաեւ դասախոսներ «Հայոց լեզվի», «Պատմության» ամբիոններից, որոնք, ի աջակցություն ուսանողների, մեկօրյա խորհրդանշական գործադուլ էին հայտարարել: Դասախոսները դրանից հետո հանդիպել էին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ, հայտնել իրենց բողոքները: Հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ նրանք տարակարծիք են: Որոշ մասը կարծում է` այն արդյունավետ էր, որոշներն էլ պնդում են, որ այն ձևական, ոչ կառուցողական էր: Ուսանողներին հանդիպումը վրդովեցրել է, նրանց որակմամբ` նախարարը անհարգալից է խոսել դասախոսների հետ, հեգնել նրանց:

 

Վիճահարույց օրինագիծն առայժմ աշխատանքային նախագծի տեսքով քննարկումների փուլում է:
