INTERVIEWՄենք Եվրոպա դուրս գալու որեւէ խոչնդոտ չունենք. Նաեւ ԵՏՄ տարածքում ունենք ազատ, առանց տուրքերի շրջանառություն: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, Աբովյան քաղաքում «Էյ Դի Էմ Դայմոնդս» ադամանդի գործարանի պոշտոնական բացման ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, ոսկեգործության ոլորտում ունենք շատ առաջընթաց քայլ, որ վերջին ամիսների համագործակցության արդյունք է. «ԵՏՄ երկրների միջեւ ստորագրվել է հարգադրոշմումը փոխադարձաբար ճանաչելու համաձայնագիր, որը շուտով կվավերացվի բոլոր ազգային իշխանությունների կողմից: Անմիջապես հետո Հայաստանում արտադրված ոսկեգործական արտադրանքը հայաստանյան հարգադրոշմամբ կարող է շրջանառվել ԵՏՄ շուկաներում»,-ասաց նախարարը;
Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանը կկարողանա ադամանդագործության ոլորտում վերականգնել իր ունեցած դիրքերը. «Ընդամենը 1,5 տարի առաջ, երբ այս ծրագրի հեղինակները խոսում էին, որ Հայաստանում պետք է հիմնեն ոլորտում խոշորագույն ձեռնարկությունը, կարող էր թվալ անիրականանալի, բայց այն, որ այս կարճ ժամանակում ականատեսն ենք այս գործարանի բացման եւ ծավալուն արտադրության սկզբի, մեզ ասում է, որ ոչինչ չկա, որ չկարողանանք այդ բնագավառում»:
Նախարարն անդրադարձավ նաեւ բիզնես վարկերի ավելացմանը՝ նշելով. «Տնտեսական ակտիվությունն է, որ մղում է ֆինանսական հատվածին: Այսինքն այն, որ մեր արտադրողները ձեռք են բերում նոր շուկաներ: Այս տարի 10 ամիսներին ունենք տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշի 7,1 տոկոսի աճ: Դրանք հենց այն շարժիչներն են, որ ֆինանսական միջնորդության համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ են ստեղծել9 ամսում ֆինանսական միջնորդությունները 20 տոկոսից ավելի աճ են ունեցել ՀՆԱ-ում»:
