2018 թվականին մայր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումները չէին կարող իրենց արտացոլումը չունենալ Արցախում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վրա:

«Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին այսօր կայացած Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության համագումարին ասել է կուսակցության նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

«Հասարակության նման վերաբերմունքը ամբողջապես համապատասխանում է մեր քաղաքական ուժի կողմից որդեգրված քաղաքականությանը՝ զարգացնել գործընկերային հարաբերություններ հայաստանյան իշխանությունների հետ, պայքարել համահայկական միասնության խարխլման ցանկացած գործողոթյան դեմ եւ որպես արցախյան քաղաքական ուժ առաջնորդվել զուտ արցախյան քաղաքական օրակարգով: Անշուշտ, Հայաստան-Արցախ քաղաքական խորը ինտեգրացիայի պայմաններում հայաստանյան գործընթացները լայն հնարավորություններ են ստեղծել նաեւ Արցախում ժողովրդավարական զարգացմանը նոր խթան հաղորդելու տեսանկյունից՝ ցավալիորեն նաեւ դաշտ բացելով քաղաքական շահարկումների համար»,- նշել է ԱԺԿ նախագահը:

Ա. Ղուլյանը կարծում է, որ այս իրավիճակում, որպես հիմնականում մտավորականության շերտը ներկայացնող քաղաքական միավորում, ԱԺԿ-ն պարտավոր է իր վրա վերցնել հանրությանը տարաբնույթ մանիպուլյացիաներից պաշտպանելու կարեւոր առաքելությունը՝ անընդհատ բարձրաձայնելով դրանց մասին, բացատրելով դրանց հնարավոր հետեւանքները:

«Արցախի ապագան կառուցում է արցախցին՝ իր քվեով, իր որոշմամբ, իր վստահությամբ, իր համոզմունքներով: Սա է ժողովրդավարության եւ ազատ կամարտահայտության մեր ընկալումը»,- ընդգծել է Ա. Ղուլյանը:
