Հայաստանում զինվորական կենսաթոշակ կստանան բոլոր հաշմանդամ զինծառայողները

Մարտական ծառայություն իրականացնելու ժամանակ հաշմանդամություն ստացած բոլոր զինծառայողները այսուհետ զինվորական կենսաթոշակ կստանան՝ անկախ հաշմանդամություն ստանալու ժամկետից։ Այս մասին Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նիստում, համապատասխան օրինագծի քննարկման ընթացքում, նոյեմբերի 28-ին ասաց աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Գեմաֆին Գասպարյանը։
Ներկայացնելով օրինագիծը՝ նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց, որ որոշումը պայմանավորված է Սահմանադրական դատարանի 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ի վճռով։ «Առաջ հաշմանդամություն տալիս էին հինգ տարի ժամկետով, եւ մենք դեպք ենք ունեցել, երբ մարդը զորացրվել է 2000 թվականին, բայց դիմել է հաշմանդամություն ստանալու համար միայն 2018-ին։ Բայց օրենքով հինգ տարի հետո մենք արդեն իրավունք չունեինք զինվորական կենսաթոշակ նշանակել։ Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշել է, որ դա հակասում է Հիմնական օրենքին, եւ հիմա մենք հանում ենք այդ սահմանափակումը»,- պարզաբանել է փոխնախարարը։
Օրինագիծն ստացել է պրոֆիլային խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությունը։
