Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում 43 հարց է, որից 32-ը՝ չզեկուցվող, երկուսը՝ գաղտնի
VIDEOՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարությունն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 28-ին, անցկացնում է հերթական նիստը: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 43 հարց, որից 32-ը չզեկուցվող, երկուսը՝ գաղտնի:
Նիստը վարում է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Ղրղզստանում:
Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են, մասնավորապես, հետեւյալ հարցերը.
- «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կառավարության առաջարկության մասին,
- «Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալում հողամաս ներդնելու մասին,
- ԱԻՆ-ին գումար հատկացնելու, ՀՀ 2019 թվականի պետական բյուջեում վերաբաշխում և ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ի N 1515-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին,
- Գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար «ՍՈՎԹ ՊԱՊԻՐՈՒՍ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության, նաեւ «Հակոբյան Ռուստամ» անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կողմից ներկայացված հայտը բավարարելու և արտոնությունը կիրառելու մասին,
- Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմին գումար հատկացնելու, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2019 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքում վերաբաշխում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ի N 1515-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին,
- «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության մաքսային սահմաններով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների և միջազգային փոխադրում իրականացնող տրանսպորտային միջոցների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի մասին,
- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2019/2020 ուսումնական տարվա ասպիրանտուրա ընդունելության նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար), հեռակա ուսուցմամբ տեղերը հաստատելու մասին եւ այլ հարցեր:
