Վերջին շրջանում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ նոյեմբերի 28-ին լրանում է Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող հազարավոր այն կառույցների պահպանության պայմանագրերի ժամկետը, որոնք կնքված են ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության հետ։ 

Ըստ լուրերի, այդ կազմակերպություններն իրենց պայմանագրերը ոստիկանության հետ չեն երկարաձգելու, այլ սկսելու են համագործակցել մասնավոր ընկերությունների հետ։ 

Այս տեղեկությունները ճշտելու նպատակով «Փաստը» գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ ոստիկանություն՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչ փոփոխությունների մասին է խոսքը։ 

«Համացանցում տարածված լուրերը իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչությունում կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ հարցը դեռևս գտնվում է քննարկման փուլում»,- ասված է ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության պատասխանում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցին, թե համապատասխան փոփոխություններից հետո այդ կառույցների պահպանությունն իրականացնող ոստիկանները կարող են գործազուրկ մնալ, ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ «եթե ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչությունում առանձին հաստիքների կրճատման հետևանքով լինեն ազատված աշխատակիցներ, ապա վերջիններիս, առաջնահերթության կարգով, կառաջարկվի համալրել ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում առկա թափուր աշխատատեղերը: 

Այն անձինք, ովքեր չեն ցանկանա նշանակվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան պաշտոններում, մասնավոր պահնորդական ընկերություններում աշխատանքի ընդունվելու հնարավորություն նույնպես կունենան»:
