Ինչպե՞ս են դատավորներն անցնելու վեթթինգի «թրի տակով»

Ինչպես հայտնի է, տևական ժամանակ հանրային օրակարգում է գտնվում դատական համակարգում վեթթինգ անցկացնելու նախաձեռնությունը, որի մասին կառավարության նիստում ժամանակին հանձնարարական էր տվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Անցած շաբաթ կառավարության նիստում հաստատվեց և ԱԺ ուղարկվեց դատավորների բարեվարքության գործընթացն ապահովող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ստուգել դատավորների գույքային դրությունը:
«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, վեթթինգն իրականացվելու է փուլային տարբերակով, այսպես ասած՝ պիլոտային ռեժիմով։
Թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ նախնական փուլում ուսումնասիրվելու է դատարանների նախագահների բարեվարքությունը, հետո միայն մյուս դատավորները ևս աստիճանաբար կանցնեն վեթթինգի «թրի տակով»։
Այստեղ առաջինները կլինեն առավել անկախ, ըստ այդմ էլ, իշխանություններին անհաճո դատավորները:
