Հայաստանում դիակիզարաններ կբացվեն. Արման Իսկանդարյան

2020թ-ին Հայաստանում հնարավոր է բացվեն դիակիզարաններ: Հայաստանում դիակիզարաններ բացելու դիմումով հանդես են եկել երկու մասնավոր ձեռնարկություններ, ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Բնակչության հատուկ սպասարակում» ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արման Իսկանդարյանը: Նա նշեց, որ մասնավորի կողմից շահագրգռվածությունը մեծ է, քանի որ դիակիզարան բացելը դիտարկում են որպես բիզնես պրոյեկտ:
«Մեզնից կախված չէ կբացվեն դիակիզարաններ, թե՝ ոչ: Մեզ դիմել են մասնավոր ձեռնարկություններ, ասել ենք, որ նպատակահարմար է: Գիտեմ, որ աշխատանքները սկսել են, բայց, թե ինչ փուլի են հասել՝ չգիտեմ : Հիմա հույս ունենք, որ կբացեն, մենք գործառույթ չունենք այդ գործում»:
Իսկանդարյանի պնդմամբ՝ իրենք ուսումնասիրել են ոլորտի օրենսդրությունը, օրենքի հետ կապված ոչ մի խնդիր չկա: Կրոնը ևս որևէ առարկություն չունի: Անդրադառնալով հասարակական տրամադրվածությանը՝ ասաց.
«Հասարակությունը պիտի նորմալ արձագանքի, որովհետև դիակիզարանների բացումը ընտրության հնարավորություն է տալիս մարդուն: Պարտադիր ոչինչ չկա, չի կարող լինել: Հայաստանում կան բազմաթիվ և՛ քրիստոնյա, և՛ այլ կրոնի դավանող քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր դիմել են մեզ դիակիզարանի հետ կապված, մենք, ցավոք սրտի, չունենալով դիակիզարան՝ ուղղորդել ենք, որ այլ երկրում դիակիզեն: Տարել, դիակիզել, բերել են այստեղ: Ինչու Հայաստանում չունենանք հնարավորություն»:
«Դիակիզարաններ բացելու գործընթացը կարող է նպաստել նաև գերեզմանատներին հատկացվող տարածքների կրճատմանը»- հավելեց Իսկանդարյանը, միաժամանակ հիշեցնելով, որ անվճար հատկացվող հողատարածքներից օգտվելու հնարավորությունը մարդիկ հաճախ չարաշահում են, արդյունքում՝ անընդհատ ընդլայնվում են գերեզմանատների տարածքները:
Մայրաքաղաքում գործող 21 գերեզմանատների ընդհանուր տարածքը 530 հա է: 2019 թվականի դրությամբ Երևան քաղաքում կա 90 պուրակ և զբոսայգի՝ 213 հա ընդհանուր տարածքով: Քաղաքապետարանից ստացված տվյալների համաձայն՝ մայրաքաղաքում գերեզմաններն ավելի շատ տարածք են զբաղեցնում, քան կանաչ տարածքները:
