Ռումինիայում ընթանում է նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը

Կիրակի Ռումինիայում մեկնարկել է նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Քվեարկությունն անցկացվում է երկրի ներսում 18748 ընտրատեղամասերում եւ արտասահմանում 835 տեղամասերում:
Ռումինիայում գրանցված է 18.2 մլն ընտրող, իսկ ռումինական սփյուռքն արտերկրում կազմում է շուրջ 4 մլն մարդ: Ռումինիայի նախագահն ընտրվում է հինգ տարի ժամկետով:
Ըստ թարմացված ընտրական օրենսդրության՝ արտերկրում գտնվող ռումինացիները կարող են քվեարկել երեք օրվա ընթացքում (նոյեմբերի 22-24-ը), ինչպես նաեւ փոստի միջոցով:
Նոյեմբերի 10-ին անցկացված ընտրությունների առաջին փուլի արդյունքում 14 թեկնածուներից ոչ մեկը չէր ստացել ընտրողների ձայների մեծամասնությունը (50 տոկոս + 1 ձայն): Այդ իսկ պատճառով անցկացվում է երկրորդ փուլը, որում պայքարում են երկու թեկնածուներ, որոնք հավաքել էին ձայների մեծամասնությունը՝ գործող նախագահ Կլաուս Յոհանիսը, որը ներկայացնում է Նացիոնալ-լիբերալիստական կուսակցությունը (37.82 տոկոս ձայն) եւ Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Վիորիկա Դենչիլեն (22.26 տոկոս):
Ֆավորիտն է Յոհանիսը, որն առաջատարն է վարկանշային աղյուսակներում: Գործող նախագահը նաեւ տիրապետում է հաջողված քարոզարշավի համար անհրաժեշտ վարչական ռեսուրսին:
Քվեարկությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել 21:00-ին (Մոսկվայի ժամանակով 22:00-ին), սակայն կարող է շարունակվել մինչեւ 23:59-ը (Մոսկվայի ժամանակով 00:59-ը): Ընտրատեղամասերում կարգուկանոնն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովում են շուրջ 20 հազար ոստիկաններ, ժանդարմներ եւ հրշեջներ:
