Վերկառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի Արևելյան գործընկերության ներդրումային գագաթանժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով Լոնդոնում գտնվող ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին հանդիպումներ է ունեցել «Դոյչե բանկ» և «Գոլդման Սաքս» ընկերությունների ներդրումային և կորպորատիվ գծով կառավարիչ-տնօրենների հետ։

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են ներդրումային ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման մեխանիզմների, ինչպես նաև դրանց իրականացման համար նորարարական գործիքների կիրառման հնարավորությունները։

Տիգրան Ավինյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ներդրումային առաջնահերթությունները, խոսել կառավարության քաղաքականության և մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացման առկա մեծ ներուժի մասին։ Ներկայացվել է կառավարության կողմից ստեղծված «Հայաստանի պետական հետաքրքրությունների ֆոնդ» ՓԲԸ-ն, որի առաքելությունն է խոշոր հանրային ներդրումային ծրագրերը կառավարելը։ Այս համատեքստում քննարկվել են «Հայաստանի պետական հետաքրքրությունների ֆոնդ»-ի միջոցով ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավոր մոտեցումները, այդ թվում՝ Սփյուռքի պարտատոմսերի թողարկման միջոցով։

«Դոյչե բանկ»-ի և «Գոլդման Սաքս»-ի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են իրենց փորձը, առկա ֆինանսական գործիքների կիրառման առավելություններն ու հնարավոր ռիսկերը, ինչպես նաև հետաքրքրություն հայտնել Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ։

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են փոխանակվել անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությամբ ու նախանշել հետագա անելիքները կոնկրետ ուղղություններով համագործակցության համար։
