Գեղեցիկ դեմքի գաղտնիքը՝ ճիշտ խնամքի մեջ է: Ի՞սկ որն է գեղեցիկ դեմք համարվում, չկարծեք, թե շպարված կամ շպարի օգնությամբ թաքցրած թերությունները,որոնք չեն երևում շպարի հաստ շերտի տակ, դա է գեղեցիկ: Եվ այդ թերությունները չէին լինի, եթե ճիշտ խնամք ցուցաբեր էիք: Առաջարկում եմ միասին պարզենք գեղեցիկ դեմքի գաղտնիքները:

Որպեսզի ձեր հայացքը լինի թարմ և պայծառ, առաջարկում եմ շատ արդյունավետ դիմակ աչքերի շուրջ:

Այս դիմակի գաղտնի բաղադրիչն է բանանը: Բանանը շատ լավ խոնավեցնում է, սնուցում է և իր մեջ եղած օգտակար բաղադրիչները ավելի էլաստիկ են դարձնում մեր մաշկը, ինչպես նաև թարմեցնում, սպիտակեցնում և լավացնում է 
մաշկի գույնը:

Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է՝ 1 ճ.գ. տրորած բանան, նույն քանակությամբ փափկեցրած կարագի հետ խառնել: Մասսան դնելով աչքերի շուրջ՝ թեթևակի մատների հպումով մերսեք: Թողնել 20 րոպե, այնուհետև լվացվեք գոլ ջրով:

1. Որպեսզի առավոտյան գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենաք, նախ և առաջ պետք է սկսել խնամքը երեկոյան քնելուց առաջ, իսկ դա այն է, որ պետք է մաքրեք ձեր դեմքը ավելորդ շպարից և օրվա ընթացքում դեմքի վրա կուտակված մանրէներից: Դա անում ենք հատուկ լոսյոնների կամ այլ՝ ձեր նախընտրելի քսուկների օգնությամբ:

2. Դեմքին թարմություն և առողջ տեսք պարգևելու համար արեք հետևալը՝ պատրաստեք երիցուկի կամ այլ խոտաբույսի թուրմ (դա կարող է լինել անանուխ, ուրց կամ այլ խոտաբույս), սառեցրեք, լցրեք սառույցի համար նախատեսված տարայի մեջ և սառեցրեք: Առավոտյան վերցրեք այդ սառույցի խորանարդիկը և մերսեք ձեր դեմքը:

Եթե ունեք դեմքի վրա պեպեններ և ձեզ համար անցանկալի բծեր վերցրեք մեկ բանանի կեղև կտրատեք և վրան լցրեք եռ. ջուր, սառելուց հետո լցրեք սառույցի համար նախատեսված տարայի մեջ և սառեցրեք: Առավոտյան վերցրեք այդ սառույցի խորաարդիկը և մերսեք ձեր դեմքը: Որոշ ժամանակ անց տեսանելի կլինի արդյունքը:
