POLITICSՀայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցն Իտալիա աչքի չի ընկել բարձրաստիճան անձանց հետ հանդիպումներով, եւ այդ պատճառով բավական դժվար կլինի ասել, որ այս այցը բավական արդյունավետ էր, եւ չի սահմանափակվել միայն սովորական զբոսանքով։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նոյեմբերի 22-ին ասաց փորձագետ, վերլուծաբան Միհրդատ Մադաթյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ հանդիպումը պոպուլիզմի հերթական դրսեւորում էր։
«Այդ մարդուն (Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին- խմբ.) այնքան հաճախ են ասել, որ ինքը փրկիչ է, որ Փաշինյանն ինքն է սկսել իրեն նույնացնել Քրիստոսի հետ։ Արդյունքում՝ իր ելույթի ժամանակ նա փաստորեն իրեն նույնացնում էր Քրիստոսի հետ։ Այստեղ, իհարկե, խոսքը բարերարի քարոզչության եւ «ասֆալտին փռելու ու պատերով տալու» միջեւ հակասության մասին է, բայց հասարակությունը դրա առջեւ աչք է փակում, ինչպես վարչապետն ինքն է սիրում ասել, եւ կարծում ենք, որ «ասֆալտին փռելը» բարության ինքնատիպ դրսեւորում է, որն այսօրվա դրությամբ իրականացնում է վարչապետը։ Բայց ոչինչ։ Նման բարությանը մենք էլ կսովորենք»,- ասել է Մադաթյանը։
Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանցի բլոգերի միջադեպին՝ փորձագետը նշեց, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, ակնհայտ էր, որ ադրբեջանցին նա չէր, ով փորձում էր ներկայանալ։
«Չեմ կարծում, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետի թիկնազորն այնքան թույլ էր, որ «բլոգերը» ինքնուրույն եկել ու ազատ ներս է մտել: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ մասին նախօրոք իրազեկվել է: Հանրության շատ ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք Հայաստանում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունեն, որտեղ միջավայրն ավելի անվտանգ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար, քանի որ ինքն էլ բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ լեգիտիմ իշխանություն է, նրան մեծ թվով հարցեր ունեն ուղղելու, եւ այդ հարցերը մեծ դժվարությամբ են հասնում վարչապետին, եւ քաղաքացիները հաճախ դժվարանում են նրա առաջ բարձրացնել իրենց հուզող առօրյա խնդիրները»,- շեշտեց վերլուծաբանը՝ հավելելով, որ ադրբեջանցի «բլոգերի» այդպիսի հաջողությունը նույնպես թելադրված է նույն պոպուլիզմի օգնությանը դիմելու վարչապետի ցանկությամբ:
Մադաթյանի կարծիքով՝ հատկանշական է, որ ադրբեջանցու մեղադրանքներին Փաշինյանը ստիպված էր պատասխանել՝ թվարկելով հաջողությունները, որոնց հասել են Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քաոչարյանը եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության երկրորդ նախագահ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, որոնք իրենց անմիջական ավանդն են ունեցել անկախ ԼՂՀ-ի ձեւավորման գործում:
