2010-2019 թթ համեմատությամբ բանակում ինքնասպանությունների թիվը նվազման միտում չունի: ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակը այս առնչությամբ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որտեղ նշվում է.
«2019 թ․ նոյեմբերի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Բալայանը հայտարարել է, որ զինված ուժերում ինքնասպանությունների թիվը տարիների կտրվածքով նվազման միտում ունի։
Գ․ Բալայանը այս պնդումն արել է՝ արձագանքելով լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, որ 2018-ին 2017-ի համեմատությամբ զինված ուժերում ինքնասպանությունների թվի աճ է գրանցվել։ Նախարարի տեղակալը հակադարձել է լրագրողին․ «Դուք սխալվում եք, եթե դինամիկան չի պահպանվել, ապա չի էլ ավելացել»։
Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը իր մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում այլ պատկեր է արձանագրել։ 2010-2019 թթ․ ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի մշտադիտարկման տվյալներով բանակում մահացության 630 դեպք է գրանցվել, որից միայն 249-ն (39.5%) են հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետեւանքով։ Մնացած 381 դեպքից 88-ը (ընդհանուր թվի 14%) ինքնասպանության հետեւանքով են։
ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակը տվյալներ է հավաքագրում եւ պաշտոնական, եւ ոչ պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից։ Որպես կանոն՝ պաշտոնական աղբյուրների՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ու ՀՀ գլխավոր եւ զինվորական դատախազությունների տվյալները տարբերվում են մեր հավաքագրած տվյալներից։
Մշտադիտարկման արդյունքների համաձայն՝ 2010 թ․-ից սկսած՝ զինված ուժերում ինքնասպանությունների՝ համեմատաբար փոքր թվեր գրանցվել են միայն 2013-2015 թթ․-ին, բայց ասել, թե ինքնասպանությունների թիվը նվազման միտում ունի, չենք կարող։
Բանակում մահացությունների թվին է անդրադարձել նաեւ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Պողոսյանը 2019 թ․-ի նոյեմբերի 19-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական եւ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքերում փոփոխություններ անելու առաջարկի քննարկման շրջանակում։ Պատգամավորը դա նշել է բանակում քրեական ենթամշակույթի ազդեցության համատեքստում։
Ներկայացնում ենք ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները՝ ըստ տարիների։ 2019 թ․-ի տվյալները ներկայացված են նոյեմբերի 11-ի դրությամբ։
Յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար ինքնասպանությունների թիվը ներկայացված է տոկոսային հարաբերակցությամբ՝ մահացությունների ընդհանուր թվի եւ ոչ մարտական պայմաններում մահացությունների թվի նկատմամբ առանձին-առանձին։
