Հանրության գերակշռող մասը տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ ականատես է լինում ՀՀ ներքաղաքական դաշտում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին:  Դժվար թե որևէ գիտակից անհատ համակարծիք լինի այն տեսակետին, որ այսօր ներքաղաքական դաշտը  իմպուլսիվ է:

ԱԺ-ն հիշեցնում է մի խմբակ, որտեղ չկա ո՛չ քաղաքական միտք, ո՛չ էլ բովանդակային առումով օրենսդիրին բնորոշ մարմնի աշխատանք: Գործող իշխանությունը հանրությանն զբաղեցնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անբովանդակ լայվերով, մանր-մունր կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումներով, օրինակ՝ հեղափոխությունից մեկ ու կես տարի անց պարզվեց, որ Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ պետությանը պատճառած 5 մլն դրամի վնասի համար: Խոսել պետության զարգացման, դինամիկ տնտեսական գործընթացների մասին, կարծում եմ, ավելորդ է:

Սակայն հատկանշական զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում ՀՀ-ին հարևան երկրներում՝ Իրանում, Վրաստանում: Մի քանի օր է՝ երկու երկրներում էլ բուռն գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում՝ զոհերի ու վիրավորների գնով, իհարկե, տարբեր շարժառիթներով. Վրաստանում ընդդիմությունը պահանջում է 100% համամասնական ընտրակարգ, իսկ Իրանում բողոքի ակցիաները բենզինի գնի թանկացման դեմ են: Աներկբա է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանության համար Վրաստանում և Իրանում քաղաքական ներքին կայունությունը օրհասական խնդիր է, որովհետև Իրանը ու Վրաստանը համարվում են ՀՀ-ի համար տնտեսական ու հաղորդակցման երկրներ: Ունի արդյո՞ք ՀՀ իշխանությունը հնարավոր անցանկալի սցենարների դեպքում քայլերի հաջորդականություն: Կարծում եմ, որ այս պահին ՀՀ իշխանության անելիքներից մեկը պետք է լինի անհապաղ ազգային անվտանգության նիստ հրավիրելը՝ քննարկելով հնարավոր ռեգիոնալ զարգացումների դինամիկան, դաշնակից պետությունների հետ ապահովելով ՀՀ անվտանգության հարցը, որովհետև, Իրանում հնարավոր իրավիճակի լարման պարագայում, հնարավոր է Ադրբեջանը փորձի դիմել ռազմական գործողությունների:

Կարծում եմ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որ 1.5 տարի է, ինչ զբաղվում է միայն պոպուլիստական գործունեությամբ, ժամանակն է , որ իրեն դրսևորի որպես պետական, քաղաքական գործիչ` առաջնահերթություն տալով պետության անվտանգության ապահովմանը:
