ՀՖՖ nերքին աուդիտի և համապատասխանության կոմիտեի նախագահ, ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջումգրում է.

Հայկական ֆուտբոլի ողբերգությունը ունի տասնամյակների հիմք։ Տեղային, կարճաժամկետ հաջողությունները հետ են շպրտել երկարաժամկետ նպատակները։

Ամեն անգամ աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի առաջնության եզրափակիչ դուրս գալուն պակասում է մի փոքր եթե։ Եթե սրան հաղթեինք, եթե սա խաղար, եթե... Եթե...

Մենք չենք ունեցել և հիմա էլ չունենք ֆուտբոլային երկիր դառնալու նպատակ և ծրագրեր։ Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ երկար, դեռ շատ երկար ժամանակ դուրս չենք գալու աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի առաջնության եզրափակիչ փուլ։ Նման նպատակները ջարդուփշուր են անում բոլորին՝ վերջին դարձնելով գնդակ տշող։

Ֆուտբոլային երկիր դառնալու համար մեզ պետք է՝

  • ֆուտբոլային ենթակառուցվածքներ՝ լիքը ստադիոններ ու փոքր դաշտեր, ֆանտաստիկ ազգային ստադիոն,
  • մանկապատանեկան ֆուտբոլի մասսայականացում՝ նախկին Կաշվե գնդակի ձևաչափի ներդրում,
  • Հայաստանի առաջնությունում աստիճանաբար լեգիոներների լիմիտի ներդրում՝ բարձրագույն խմբում առաջին 20 ռմբարկուների մեջ ընդամենը 2 հայ կա,
  • ֆուտբոլային ներդրումների աջակցության պետական համալիր ծրագրերի իրականացում,
  • ազգային հավաքականի մթնոլորտի կտրուկ փոփոխություն՝ ընդհուպ ավագի փոփոխություն, ով այսօր մեղմ ասած թքած ունի հավաքականի վրա,
  • ԵԱՏՄ լեգիոներների հարցի շուտափույթ կարդավորում,

Այս ամենից առաջ էլ, հետո էլ ֆուտբոլը մնում է խաղ, որտեղ ոչինչ երաշխավորված չէ։
