INTERVIEWԴերասան Արտյոմ Կարապետյանը, ով մեծ ոգևորությամ ՌԴ-ից վերադարձել էր հայրենիք մշտական բնակության, այսօր բավականին բարկացած և վրդովված տեսաուղերձ է հղել, պատմելով իր վրա տեղի ունեցած հարձակման մասին, մասնավորապես նշելով, որ իր կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում և ինքը դիմելու է ինքնապաշտպանության:

- Արտյոմ ինչպե՞ս է տեղի ունեցել դեպքը:
- Երեկ երեկոյան Դավթաշեն վարչական տարածքում էի, մեքենայով, կնոջս հետ: Երթուղային տաքսու վարորդը երթևեկության կանոնների կոպիտ խախտում արեց, ստեղծելով վթարային իրավիճակ, որի արդյունքում վտանգելու էր նաև իր կյանքը: Ես փորձեցի նրան հասկացնել, որ ավելի զգույշ և ուշադիր լինի: Արդեն փողոցում առաջացավ վեճ, նա արագությամբ մեքենայից վերցրեց դանակ ու ագրեսիվ, անհավասարակշիռ վիճակում ուզում էր ինձ վնասել:
Տեսաուղերձիս նպատակը ոչ միայն այն էր, որ իմ կյանքը կարող էր ընդհատվել այդ միջադեպի պատճառով, այլև այն անհանգստությունը թե ում է վստահվում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կյանքը: Փաստորեն ամեն մարդասպան, հանցագործ երթուղայինի մեջ ունենալով կտրող, ծակող գործիքներ կարողանում է վարորդ աշխատել: Երևի թե ոչ մի ձևով չի ստուգվում նրանց կենսագրությունը, ով լինելը, ամեն պատահածին վստահում են բազմաթիվ մարդկանց ճակատագրեր, ովքեր օգտվում են հասարակական տրանպորտից:
- Տեսաուղերձում խոսք կար, որ ոստիկաններ կային դեպքի վայրում, որոնք քար անտարբերությամբ կողքից դիտել էին տեղի ունեցածը:
- Երբ սոցիալական ցանցում հրապարակեցի տեսանյութը, ոստիկանությունը արձագանքեց ու հիմա համապատասխան բաժինը զբաղվում է այդ հարցով: Այսօր առավոտյան եղել եմ իրենց մոտ: Այնչափ խառնված եմ եղել տարբեր զգացմունքներով, որ նույնիսկ չեմ տեսել գազելի համարն ու պետհամարանիշը, այժմ փնտրում են, հուսամ կգտնեն և այդ մարդը կհասկանա, որ իրավունք չունի մեքենայի ղեկին լինելով փորձության ենթարկել այլ վարորդների և ուղևորների հուզական աշխարհն ու կյանքը:
Եվ վերջում բոլորիդ հորդորում ենք պարզապես զգո՛ն լինել, իսկ իրավապահ մարմիններին մի փոքրիկ խորհուրդ՝ պարտադիր չէ տուժողը լինի հանրային դեմք, որպեսզի աշխատանքը լավ կատարվի և արձագանքն էլ արագ լինի:
