«Մենք երեկվանից Ռուսաստանի թիվ մեկ դաշնակիցը դարձանք, ու հինավուրց հայկական հարցրը նորից ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությանների արանքում հայտնվեց, ահա դա շատ ավելլի հետաքրքիր է։ Ե՛վ հետաքրքիր է, և վտանգավոր։ Վտանգավոր, որովհետեւ դարեր շարունակ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները որքան էլ սրվել են, իրար տվել-կոտորել են, վերջում միևնույն է, հաշտվել են, տուժողը հայերն են մնացել։
Ինչ կլինի այս անգամ դժվար է ասել։ Բայց, արդեն հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանը, հայկական հարցը նորից կարող է մանրադրամ, կռվախնձոր դառնայլ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում։
Ռուսական Սու–24–ը խփելուց հետո դեռ 2 օր չի անցել, բայց Ռուսաստանում հանկարծ հիշեցին, որ 1915թ. տեղի Է ունեցել հայերի ցեղասպանություն, Սոլովյովն ու Ժիրինովսկին արդեն քննարկում են, թե որ պահին հայերին թույլ տան ազատագրել Արևմտյան Հայաստանը, հայերը անկապ տուժում են Թուրքիայի քաղաքականությունից։ Մի խոսքով, խիստ մտահոգված են մեր անցյալով, ներկայով ու հատկապես՝ ապագայով»,–գրում է թերթը։
